Geschiedenis
Vastgoed Unie is opgericht in 2016 met als doel om de kwaliteit en dienstverlening in de onroerend goed markt in de Randstad te verbeteren. Vastgoed Unie is een Makelaardij en Beheerder in één. Oprichters Patrick Smolders en Pim Muhring stellen hoge eisen aan de dienstverlening en zijn voorstanders van transparante, no-nonsense communicatie en een hoog serviceniveau tegen de scherpste tarieven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are waiting for 4 months now that they repair a toilet that had problems since the start. They keep saying they will come but never did so far. Effectively, we are renting a house with 1 toilet instead of 2. Furthermore, they also gave us a contract with a wrong postal code which was a mess to solve. Avoid if possible.
Edit: we reported this problem since we moved. My flatmate is the main renter and therefore he posted the complaint in his name (im in the contract so if you would look you would find me). Well we never got a reply from you to our complain about the postal code nor a reviewed contract. Your comment only made me have a worst impression of you.

Actually I wanna also add more: when I was a tenant in their apartment, the washing machine get broken and in three days they replaced the old one with a new one. There is a lot of agencies that ask just money, but it’s not this case!
