Heb bij uitzondering contract aan de deur afgesloten, en wat de verkoper beloofde qua kosten is ook uitgekomen. Sturen duidelijke verbruiks-rapporten en de facturatie klopt altijd netjes. Is the only energy supplier from which I have had no annoying sellers. Exceptionally concluded a contract at the door, and what the seller promised in terms of costs also came true. Sending clear consumption reports and the invoicing is always correct.

Technische adviseurs zijn nog niet in staat om 1 + 1 bij elkaar op te tellen. In een woord......WAARDELOOS To me it falls under the heading of a criminal organization. The Helpdesk employees come across as friendly, but that's about it. Technical advisors are not yet able to add 1 + 1 together. In a word.... WORTHLESS

Contract stopt krijg je dikke eindafrekening Lousy service, no response to anything, burning 300 cubic meters of gas according to them while we have a wood stove and almost no heating on. Contract ends, you get a big final bill

In vergelijking met bijvoorbeeld Denemarken ligt de prijs voor stadswarmte hier honderden euros hoger per jaar. Ik wil marktwerking en gewoon kunnen overstappen. District heating should be cheaper than gas, but in the end I pay more than if I had gas. Compared to Denmark, for example, the price for district heating is hundreds of euros higher per year. I want market forces and just be able to switch.
M	Merijn van de Kamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik dacht dat ik de enige was met een slechte ervaring met Vattenfall, maar na de reviews hier te lezen ben ik er wel achter dat er structureel iets niet klopt aan de serviceorganisatie van Vattenfall. Wat een dráma! 3 uur vastgestaan aan een laadpaal met de auto, daardoor afspraken niet na kunnen komen. Na heel veel moeite en zoekwerk het opgelost gekregen. Had ik dat niet gedaan, dan stond ik waarschijnlijk nu (een aantal weken later) nog steeds vast aan die paal. En het ergste is dat wanneer je netjes een goed onderbouwde klachtenbrief stuurt, je niet eens reactie krijgt. Geen ontvangstbevestiging, geen excuusbrief of uitleg. Gewoon helemaal NIETS. En je kunt verder nergens terecht. I thought I was the only one with a bad experience with Vattenfall, but after reading the reviews here, I realize that something is structurally wrong with Vattenfall's service organization. What a drama! Stuck at a charging station with the car for 3 hours, so we couldn't keep appointments. After a lot of effort and searching, it was solved. If I hadn't, I would probably still be stuck on that pole now (a few weeks later). And the worst part is that if you send a well-substantiated letter of complaint, you won't even get a response. No acknowledgment of receipt, no letter of apology or explanation. Just NOTHING at all. And you can't go anywhere else.
