β β β β β Niet de standaard gym, maar ouderwets ijzer, variΓ«rend met apparaten, squat rekken, Smith cage, leuke techniek lessen voor boksen, kickboksen, muay-thai en een heerlijke onderlinge sfeer.
Not the standard gym, but old-fashioned iron, varying with machines, squat racks, Smith cage, fun technique lessons for boxing, kickboxing, muay-thai and a wonderful mutual atmosphere.
