β β β β β Vreselijk. In de woontoren waar ik woon is gemiddeld 2x per week de autolift stuk. VDL is slecht bereikbaar en lost het probleem pas laat op. Gevolg: zinloze wachttijd, regelmatig te laat op mijn werk, en heel veel ontevreden bewoners.
Horrible. In the residential tower where I live, the car lift breaks down on average twice a week. VDL is difficult to reach and solves the problem late. The result: pointless waiting times, regularly late for work, and many dissatisfied residents.

β β β β β VDL Steelweld was the worst place I have ever worked in 2 years in The Netherlands. They work in a very traditional way and still using cable network instead of Wifi. I was there in less than one month, I was assigned a person as a handover who shouted at me all the times in front of every colleagues, they do not believe or have faith in their colleagues, this place is not a place that gives you the opportunity, the chance to you to show yourself, they do not give you the motivation for creativity.You would be criticized there if you ask a question 2 times there, I did not see a good organizational culture there at all. if you are a hardworking, motivated, if it is important for you to work in a friendly environment, do not go there.
