★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag heb ik van VDP een testpakket papier ontvangen. Deze kwam tegelijk aan met een testpakket wat ik besteld had bij een veel grotere leverancier van papier en attributen voor fotografie. Die van het grote bedrijf was slecht verpakt en beschadigd. Het pakket van VDP was keurig beschermd ingepakt en kwam met een bedankbriefje gedrukt op het merk van het bestelde papier.
Dat noem ik professionaliteit. Vijf sterring voor de levering en net dat beetje extra.
Today I received a test package of paper from VDP. This arrived at the same time as a test package that I had ordered from a much larger supplier of paper and attributes for photography. The big company's was badly packaged and damaged. The package from VDP was neatly protected and came with a thank you note printed on the brand of the ordered paper.
I call that professionalism. Five star ring for delivery and that little bit extra.
