★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teleurstellend! Zeer moeizaam mail- en telefonisch contact. Afspraken worden slecht nagekomen. Slechte service waardoor het probleem niet is opgelost.
Disappointing! Very difficult e-mail and telephone contact. Agreements are poorly kept. Bad service that didn't solve the problem.

Nu blijkt het probleem zich echter te stellen aan het niet op tijd aankrijgen van de producten, dus mijn excuses aan de zaak.
I have removed my previous review, I had complained about the poor contact via email, certainly not about the company itself because there is really nothing to complain about. However, it now appears that the problem is not receiving the products on time, so my apologies to the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb hele goede ervaringen met Ve-ka. Ze nemen de tijd om m'n vragen te beantwoorden en als het druk is , bellen ze me terug. Babette heeft veel kennis van glazuur recepten en geeft tips waar ik veel van heb geleerd. Kortom prima bedrijf!
I have very good experiences with Ve-ka. They take the time to answer my questions and when busy they call me back. Babette has a lot of knowledge of glaze recipes and gives tips that I have learned a lot from. In short, great company!
