★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigenlijk kom ik maar af en toe bij Schaftenaar, maar iedere keer verbaas ik me over de erg goede service. Uiterst vriendelijk wordt je te woord gestaan en het personeel neemt alle tijd om de juiste producten uit het magazijn op te zoeken. Als het om speciale stekkertjes of een bepaald type relais gaat mag ik meelopen naar het magazijn om samen met het personeel de juiste onderdelen te vinden. Als het er niet is wordt het besteld, ook al gaat het om een klein onderdeel! Fantastisch noem ik dat, klantgericht tot en met! Wat mij betreft een hele dikke 10!!! Proficiat!
Actually, I only visit Schaftenaar every now and then, but every time I am amazed by the very good service. You will be contacted very friendly and the staff will take their time to find the right products from the warehouse. If it concerns special plugs or a certain type of relay, I can walk to the warehouse to find the right parts together with the staff. If it is not there, it will be ordered, even if it is a small part! I call that fantastic, up to and including customer-oriented! As far as I'm concerned, a very big 10 !!! Congrats!
