β β β β β After having a couple good experiences, I had 2 bad ones in a row, the last order they sent me the wrong shoe size and I contacted them right away and they said sorry we dont have your size anymore and transferred my money back, however you have to send the package back and pay for the shipping cost, I later claimed this back as is only fair. Now they majorly messed me up as I ordered a christmas present, paid 2 months ago and the package says its delivered and it is clearly not and they have been lying about it for several weeks giving everytime a different excuse. I'm really sick of it plus they say they dont give compensation coupons, so like you kept my money all along and then you just want to give me free shipping on my next order, sorry there will be no next order, I am officially done with them! Horrible organization and customer service!

β β β β β Disappointed by their service. Very late cancellation of my order due to product no longer available, still widely available at other retailers. Money was returned but without shipping cost, as the remaining order was under β¬50,- and thus shipping cost are no longer free.

β β β β β Attention! After the latest updates 2021/22, you can expect changes for the worse:
no contact with the customer service office,
and recently a nail in the coffin: money paid, the order disappeared from the system and no contact of course...
After years of successful cooperation, I am very disappointed now.

β β β β β Iβm very disappointed, have been ordering for ages and everything was fine! And with the last order money taken, but I donβt see this order in my app and whatβs THE most frustrating part, sending messages and e-mails since last week and 0 reaction! No telephone number, where you could talk with customer service! I think itβs became a fraud scheme!!! Definitely never again ordering anything there!
