C	Choco Moelie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk personeel. Pont gaat snel over en weer, kwa tijden ook erg goed geregeld. Mevrouw op de pont was erg behulpzaam toen wij voor de eerste keer over moesten en niet wisten waar je je ticket moest halen. Top service! Friendly staff. Pont goes back and forth quickly, kwa times also very well arranged. Lady on the ferry was very helpful when we had to cross the road for the first time and didn't know where to get your ticket. Great service!
L	L K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super onbeleefd behandeld. Wij gaan nooit met de veerpont en dachten leuk om te doen. Kon je niet meer contant betalen. Wisten wij niet. Maar die beste man van de veerpont sprak ons zo onbeleefd toe dat we rechtsomkeert hebben gemaakt. Dan toch niet met die stomme veerpont.... doeiiii.

Jammer dat je geen voor-uitzicht hebt, maar pondjes zijn altijd leuk (zeker als je dat niet vaak meemaakt) Betalen bij slagboom, stabiele overtocht. Unexpectedly fun moment, apparently tapped something wrong on our signpost ? we suddenly stand for a pound! Too bad you don't have a view, but pounds are always fun (especially if you don't experience that often) Pay at barrier, stable crossing.
A	Ad Ford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beetje wind, mist of hoog water. Dan vaart deze dienst niet. Vind mijn score nog aan de hoge kant. Als er nu minimaal op het scherm waar je af moet rekenen staat of de pont vaart of niet, zou dat al een hele #verbetering zijn. Vaker dan eens komt het voor dat je als automobilist een pittig #geprijsd kaartje koopt, en er dan achter komt dat de pont helemaal niet vaart. Je moet dan maar zien hoe je je knaken terug krijgt. Deze verbinding verdient niet de schoonheidsprijs Little wind, fog or high water. Then this service will not run. My score is still on the high side. If there is now at least on the screen where you have to pay whether the ferry is sailing or not, that would already be a whole #improvement. More than once it happens that as a motorist you buy a spicy #priced ticket, and then find out that the ferry is not sailing at all. Then you just have to see how you get your knuckles back. This connection does not deserve the beauty prize

Very old,very often out of service because of printing paper or other technical issues, people struggle to find readable part of the display, poor visibility and therefore people without subscription slowing down the cue. Same apply to Maassluis side. They shall be upgraded for better machines.
