 Bad service makes people wait for hours instead of sailing back and forth during rush hour. Not customer friendly

The water bus to Sliedrecht did not run at the weekend in the winter months. Very frustrating. So then I had to change my route. But the ferry service is still very much used. Nice helpful people so that was great
