Since order had not changed status for more than 30min I called the restaurant at 22:50, and guy on the line told me my order was just about to get prepared. Order status has still not changed, and now they are not reachable, restaurant seems to be closed. I fully understand and accept the fact that people have working hours and should not do overtime. However, they should be clear and transparent if they cannot process an order, so that I can take the decision to order food somewhere else if they have too much back order. Here, they flat out lied to me and let me waiting in vain. So a very bad rating for very poor customer service. I wish I could rate on the quality of the food..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! I loved eating here. The loaded fries were really good. My brother enjoyed the chicken burger although the patty could have been a little bit crispier. My classic burger was perfect. We left this restaurant full and happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is ok, but there are better vegan restaurants in Amsterdam. The waiter was friendly, but forgot to clean the table properly when he accommodated us, and nowadays, during a pandemic, it is of great importance to clean regularly all surfaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people and very good food. I wasn't having the best day and 10 min before closing time I made an order and told them in the comments that I'd understand if they would cancel. They made my order anyway and gave me a free drink as well. You guys made my day thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A definite recommendation for everyone to visit this place. My wife is a vegetarian and I try to as much as possible, but this place will make everybody happy. I tried the Smokey tempel burger with the sweet potato fries and my wife had the classic burger. Both were amazing by taste and even juicy! Besides the good food, the staff “Markus” was super friendly and helpful. Also the price was very reasonable. We’ll definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were well welcomed by the waiter, he was nice during all the diner. We are not vegan at all but we wanted to try to discover. We were impressed by the food quality and the similarities with the "real" burger. I enjoyed the falafel burger which is very good. Sweet potatoe fries are awesome.
We highly recommend this place.
