Tot mijn grote verbazing zit nu mijn paketje in het buitenland.
Als je je geld terug vraagt krijg je te horen dat je moet wachten tot je het pakket in ontvangst hebt genomen.
Nu heb ik net een telefoontje gehad en er schijnt nu toch een oplossing te komen, word vervolgd.

Antwoord: Het is nog niet verzonden, tevens elke keer zeer lang in de wacht voordat je iemand aan de telefoon krijgt. Als dit je bedrijfsvoering is in 2022. Dan ga je het als bedrijf niet overleven.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had an electric lock installed on the front door of a business. Initially communication and customer service to find the right solution was good. Then the installation itself was done pretty haphazardly which they came back to fix but wanted to charge us for the time. Since they have come back to fix the installation, the mechanics of the lock no longer work. Screws keep coming loose due to the repetitive pressure of closing the door. So actually we can’t properly secure the front door of our business. Customer service has really disintegrated since then. I sent multiple unanswered emails. Eventually they tell me they came back already to fix the problem and they don’t believe there is an issue even when I send them videos of the problem. They told me their manager would contact me when they were back from holiday and I got 1 missed call which I assume was the manager but that was it. Due to initial contact I can see that they try to be a customer orientated business but my experience is that they quickly distanced
themselves from their work when there was a problem.
