Ik doe reeds lang zaken, maar heb zo’n behandeling nog nooit meegemaakt. Wanneer er alsnog een oplossing zou gevonden worden, zal ik uiteraard niet nalaten mijn ervaringen hier te actualiseren. The auction house does not adhere to the agreements made and then screens with conditions from their "non-legally valid" contract. I have been doing business for a long time, but have never experienced such treatment. If a solution were to be found, I would of course not fail to update my experiences here.

Service is altijd vriendelijk, en kijk altijd uit naar wat voor kavels ze weer hebben :) Have bought items three times at different auctions at Dickhaut, and always very satisfied with the fast service. Service is always friendly, and always looking forward to seeing what lots they have again :)
S	Serguei Dimitriev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a diamond ring at this Auction House. I paid for it immediately, including 35€ shipping. I have never received the ring. A lot of promises and eMails later I was told I had to receive my money back from the Dutch Post. Several months and two lawyers later, I am about to file a lawsuit to get my money back. In my opinion an Auction House in Maastricht should not behave this way. In my experience it is the norm that a business is responsible for the shipping and refunds payments when the shipping is unsuccessful. The business then gets the insurance payment from the shipping company. I have wasted hours of my time and suffered quite a bit of stress, spent a lot of money on lawyers and do not recommend this Auction House to anybody.
