Antwoord van Velda: heeft te droog gestaan bij dealer, zet het maar een paar dagen in het water. Na 6 dagen in het water, was er nog niets veranderd en bleef er nog steeds 50% drijven. Ik ben blij dat Velda het probleem nu heeft onderkend en oplost door de slechte partij niet meer leveren. 20 liter bag Premium substrate, bought in a well-known store. Turns out 50% floated in the pond. Mail sent to Velda customer service. Answer from Velda: has been too dry at the dealer, just put it in the water for a few days. After 6 days in the water, nothing had changed and 50% was still floating. I am happy that Velda has now recognized the problem and solved it by not supplying the bad batch anymore.

Weer 25 Euro weggegooid want totaal geen resultaat ondanks dat precies de gebruiksaanwijzing is gevolgd. Zijn totaal onbereikbaar. Alle links op hun website voor contact zijn netje uitgezet zodat je ze niet kunt bereiken. Geen e-mail, geen telefoon, niets. Lekker makkelijk en doorgaan met geldklopperij. Scammers, tried multiple products but nothing works. Recently again All Clear Liquid 500ml. Another 25 Euro thrown away because no result at all despite the fact that the instructions for use have been followed exactly. Are totally unreachable. All links on their website for contact are just disabled so you can't reach them. No email, no phone, nothing. Nice and easy and continue with the money grab.

Eerst heb ik contact gehad met de leverancier, maar zij konden weinig voor me betekenen. Daarna heb ik direct contact gezocht met Velda BV. Helmut van Velda liet me wat testjes doen. Daaruit bleek dat de Tester niet meer werkte. Net kreeg ik bericht dat er een andere tester voor mij wordt geregeld. Daar ben ik echt heel blij mee. Bedankt voor deze oplossing! Kan ik binnenkort de zwemvijver weer testen. During the firmware update of my Velda Aquatester Pro, the batteries were empty, so the device no longer wanted to start.
