Het duurde bijna 2 weken voordat er tot actie kon worden overgegaan voor verzending na een paar simpele vragen! - Slechte bereikbaarheid en communicatie via mail en telefoon. - Weinig klantvriendelijkheid. - Veel belminuten en tijd kwijt omdat je eerst 2 weken veel belt en mailt voordat het product wordt verzonden. En er dan later thuis achterkomen dat het product niet praktisch is waar het voor bedoeld is. Ik zou dan ook iedereen afraden om hier wat te bestellen via deze website. Geen mogelijkheid tot veilig betalen alles op eigen risico! Very bad experience with this Pet and garden store. It took almost 2 weeks before action could be taken for shipping after a few simple questions! - Poor accessibility and communication via mail and telephone. - Little customer friendliness. - Lots of calling minutes and time lost because you first call and email a lot for 2 weeks before the product is shipped. And then later find out at home that the product is not practical for what it is intended. I would therefore advise against anyone to order something here via this website. No possibility of paying securely at your own risk!

Je krijgt belofte aan de telefoon dat ze een offerte zullen sturen maar doen dit niet. Zullen wel gesloten zijn wegens rijkdom of ze kunnen niet genoeg aan je verdienen. Emailed and called several times but don't have the decency to make a simple quote. do not respond. You get a promise on the phone that they will send you a quote but they don't. They must be closed for wealth or they cannot earn enough from you.
