★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ventimon heeft 5 jaar terug in ons nieuw gebouwde huis oa de verwarming aangelegd. wij hadden destijds een onderhoudscontract bij een andere partij die het onderhoud in hun beheer namen. Nu hadden we problemen en belde ik met eigenaar H. Smits voor info. Hij beloofde iemand terug te laten bellen en idd wat later werd er terug gebeld en hebben zij het zekeringen geleverd voor het bewuste onderdeel. Omdat het probleem niet opgelost is stuurt dhr. R. de Graaf morgen een monteur.
Wat een service; Top eigenlijk niet hun probleem maar wel meedenken dat maak je niet veel meer mee. dank!
 5 years ago Ventimon installed the heating in our newly built house. At the time, we had a maintenance contract with another party who took care of the maintenance. Now we had problems and I called owner H. Smits for information. He promised to let someone call back and idd a little later they called back and they supplied fuses for the part in question. Since the problem has not been solved, Mr. R. de Graaf a mechanic tomorrow.
What a service; Not really their problem, but thinking along with them is something you don't experience much anymore. thanks!
