About Ventus Sailing Cruises

Our sailing season is now over. The most bizarre season ever because of COVID19 (Corona). The Coronavirus is currently gripping the entire world. We are all affected by this in our own way. We don't know how long the situation will last, but we strongly believe that you can go on holiday with us next season (again).

We will of course follow the news closely and keep you informed via our website and social media. This season we were able to sail for a few weeks, mainly with British guests (no code orange) and Turkish guests. We have rebooked almost all Dutch, British and Belgian guests to 2021. Our yachts, the Borina, Randa, Laguna or Victoria (in Sardinia) are now going to the shipyard near Bodrum for maintenance etc. and we plan to start mid-April.

Above all, stay healthy and we hope to see you on board.

J	Joan Vanh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben weer een grandioze tijd gehad op Borina1 . Dit keer 10 dagen van Bitez naar Fethiye met kaptan Mustafa, kok Bora en crew Nejdet en Zafer gevaren. Wat kunnen die jongens zeilen, koken, zorgen .het was een grote verwennerij. We troffen het met gelijkgestemde passagiers. Het fijnste vind ik dat ik niet hoef te zorgen zij zorgen voor mij. Lekker slapen aan dek met mijn maatje Margot. Wakker worden van de zon die op komt Het 1e kopje koffie.... Zwemmen, daarna een copieus ontbijt en dat is het begin van de dag nog maar. Briefing time - de kapitein legt de planning van de dag voor . Vandaag zeilen er is genoeg wind , dan gaan we morgen op excursie. Hoop dat ik nog vele keren aan boord mag terugkeren en me weer net zo welkom mag voelen en genieten als de laatste keer en alle andere keren . We had a great time at Borina1 again. This time sailed 10 days from Bitez to Fethiye with kaptan Mustafa, chef Bora and crew Nejdet and Zafer. What can those boys sail, cook, worry. It was a great indulgence. We hit it with like-minded passengers. What I like best is that I don't have to take care of them, they take care of me. Sleep well on deck with my buddy Margot. Waking up from the sun rising The 1st cup of coffee .... Swimming, then a copious breakfast and that is the start of the day. Briefing time - the captain presents the schedule of the day. Today there is enough wind, then we will go on an excursion tomorrow. Hope I can return on board many more times and feel as welcome and enjoyable again as last time and all other times.

W	Willy Artz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Prachtig” Van 1/09/2018 t/m 8/09/2018 met de Laguna mee geweest. Het was een super week met vele indrukken. In idyllische baaitjes gelegen/gezwommen, 2 x dolfijnen ? langs de boot gespot, een 5 sterrenkok “Mustafa” aan boord, tonijnen gevangen en ‘s avonds op je bord?, alle nachten op het dek geslapen en super veel gezeild, en een geweldige bemanning??. Ventus, wij gaan zeker nog een keertje (of 2) mee. "Magnificent" Been with the Laguna from 1/09/2018 to 8/09/2018. It was a great week with many impressions. Situated / swimming in idyllic bays, 2 x dolphins ? spotted along the boat, a 5 star chef “Mustafa” on board, caught tuna and on your plate in the evening?, slept all nights on the deck and sailed a lot, and a great crew??. Ventus, we will definitely come along again (or 2).

This is definitely recommended for an ultimate relaxing trip. Fully catered sailing trip with beautiful areas and delicious food and where there is real sailing.

p	paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wederom genoten van 2 heerlijke weken. 1e week op de Laguna met kapitein Mehmet en chef Mustafa. 2e week op de Borina met de andere kapitein Mehmet en chef Safer. Op beide schepen geweldig gezeild en geweldig gegeten. Bemanning Zorgt dat je niks te kort komt. Lekker buiten slapen en zodra je een oog open doet staat een van de bemanning’s leden al met een kop koffie voor je. Daarna volgt een heerlijk ontbijt, waarna we na de briefing de zeilen hijsen en gelang de wind een aantal uur zeilen. Voor de lunch nog ff zwemmen of suppen waarna we in de middag nog een stukje gaan zeilen. De kapitein heeft intussen een mooie baai in gedachte waar we de nacht gaan doorbrengen. Na het dinner nog een afzakkertje en dan zoeken we weer een plekje op het dek om de sterren te bekijken en heerlijk in de buitenlucht te slapen. ( ja je kan ook gewoon in je hut gaan slapen) Deze vakantie is voor ons de totale ontspanning, en de 5 sterren zijn dan ook meer dan verdiend. Again enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks. 1st week on the Laguna with Captain Mehmet and Chef Mustafa. 2nd week on the Borina with the other captain Mehmet and chef Safer. Great sailing and great food on both ships. Crew Ensures that you will not be short of anything. Sleep well outside and as soon as you open an eye one of the crew's members is already waiting for you with a cup of coffee. This is followed by a delicious breakfast, after which we hoist the sails after the briefing and, depending on the wind, sail for a few hours. Before lunch we go swimming or supping, after which we go sailing a bit in the afternoon. Meanwhile, the captain has a beautiful bay in mind where we will spend the night. After dinner another drinker and then we look for a place on the deck again to view the stars and to sleep in the fresh air. (yes you can also just go to sleep in your cabin) For us this holiday is total relaxation, and the 5 stars are more than deserved.

Weer heerlijk gegeten en lekker kunnen zeilen. Eenmaal 1x gezeild blijf je verslaafd eraan. Het is een week ontspannen en je lekker laten verwennen door super aardig personeel die alles voor je doen. Been with Ventus several times. Even after the Corona year, the crew still knows you and they still know what you drink. Delicious food and good sailing. Once sailed once you will remain addicted to it. It is a week of relaxing and being pampered by super nice staff who do everything for you.
