Aansluiting op het huis bleek achteraf toch lastig om waterdicht te krijgen, maar in overleg met Leo Siemons werken we aan een oplossing. Helaas door drukte duurt dit langer dan gewenst. Hopelijk kunnen wij in het najaar van onze heerlijke tuinkamer genieten. Inmiddels is het november en is het probleem van de lekkage verholpen. Zelfs in deze tijd is het, met een kacheltje, genieten in onze tuinkamer. Echt een waardevermeerdering van ons huis. Pleasant sales and nice installation team. Connection to the house turned out to be difficult to get watertight afterwards, but we are working on a solution in consultation with Leo Siemons. Unfortunately due to crowds this takes longer than desired. Hopefully we can enjoy our lovely garden room in the autumn. It is now November and the problem of the leak has been resolved. Even nowadays, with a stove, it is enjoyable in our garden room. Truly an increase in the value of our home.

Wij zijn erg tevreden, en zijn blij dat we naast de schuifdeuren ook glas in het dak hebben gekozen. Ook bij regen zitten we er graag. Enige verbeterpunt is de snelheid waarmee kleine probleempjes opgelost werden. Het duurde langer dan zou hoeven, maar in coronatijd is niets echt normaal wellicht. Uiteindelijk is het eindresultaat geweldig. Bedankt! We have bought a garden room with sliding doors. After installation not everything was in order, but that has been resolved nicely. We are very satisfied, and are happy that we also chose glass in the roof in addition to the sliding doors. We also like to sit there when it rains. The only point for improvement is the speed with which small problems were solved. It took longer than it should, but nothing is really normal in corona time. Ultimately, the end result is great. Na 2 x bellen zou deze gemaild worden. Nooit wat ontvangen...... Jammer! Had an appointment a few weeks ago to discuss options for a glass garden room. Quotation was disappointing, but would receive a modified quotation. It would be emailed after 2 calls. Never received anything..... Unfortunate!

Na diversen bedrijven te hebben bezocht voor een offerte voor het leveren en plaatsen van een veranda, heb ik besloten om Verandacentrum Zoetermeer hiervoor te kiezen. Vanaf eerste bezoek, het leveren van de offerte en de uiteindelijke plaatsing van de veranda zijn als zeer prettig ervaren. Ook het installatieteam was zeer prettig om over de vloer te hebben. Recommended. After having visited various companies for a quote for supplying and placing a veranda, I decided to choose Verandacentrum Zoetermeer for this. Our first impression was very positive, we were informed about many technical details, and the staff seemed very friendly. We were informed about the on-site meeting one day in advance, and additional costs referred to the measures were indicated in the mail. According to the mail, we would have to pay for the measurement even if we cancel our request, which is reasonable. However, the owner did not reply to our mail concerning this payment. After the on-site meeting, we were told that our wall plate was unsuitable for the veranda. Additionally, the technicians responsible for the measures admitted that they never built a veranda on this type of 'wall plate' (so we assume that the owner knew that as well, judging from the pictures we have shown him). We received an invoice the next day, requesting 125 euros to pay for the measurement. Probably we would not mind if we were informed during our first meeting or if you replied to our mail, but in this situation, we feel cheated. Your service is not trustworthy and not transparent at all. My husband tried to call them several times, but the owner was 'unavailable'. We will pay you, eventually, since we found details on your website informing us about the necessity to pay even if the work cannot be done. I only wonder why didn't you mention anything during our meeting? Why did not you reply to the mail and why don't you answer the phone?
