Vanochtend om 11:12u gebeld en zeer goed en bruikbaar advies gekregen, om 12:55u de bestelling geplaatst en dezelfde dag om 19:25u geleverd, ik ben verrast en een ambassadeur geworden! Aanvulling: om het milieu te besparen bestelde ik vier weken later nog een pot verf met bezorging van PostNL. Eerste indicatie: levering volgende dag maar door drukte is dat nu al twee keer met een dag uitgesteld! Volgende keer kies ik weer voor de koeriersdienst!!! PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY! Called this morning at 11:12 am and received very good and useful advice, placed the order at 12:55 pm and delivered the same day at 7:25 pm, I was surprised and became an ambassador! Addition: to save the environment, I ordered another pot of paint four weeks later with delivery from PostNL. First indication: delivery the next day, but due to crowds, that has already been postponed twice by a day! Next time I will choose the courier service again!!!

Per email alleen maar standaard antwoorden van excuus etc en dat het allemaal de schuld is van PostNL. If you have a long time to wait for your stuff without any idea when it will come....especially order here. Unreachable by phone. By email only standard answers of apologies etc and that it is all the fault of PostNL.
M	MrBorgvliet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht retourbeleid. Mengen zogenaamd de verf die wij hebben besteld (Flexa Urban Taupe) op kleur waardoor je dit niet terug kunt sturen. Zou je deze kleur bij de bouwmarkt kopen kan het wel. De bouwmarkt verkoopt het ook dus ze verkopen deze verf waarschijnlijk dagelijks waardoor het ze er heus wel van af kunnen komen. Ik bestel hier in ieder geval nooit meer wat!! Very bad return policy. We supposedly mix the paint we ordered (Flexa Urban Taupe) by color, so you can't return it. Would you buy this color at the hardware store, it is possible. The hardware store also sells it so they probably sell this paint daily so they can get rid of it. I will never order anything from here again!!

We hebben al heel wat projecten afgerond met spullen van de verfwinkel.nl Perfect delivery of goods. Everything is always neatly packaged and arrives whole. Helaas is een deel van de bestelling niet goed gegaan, maar petje af hoe dat vervolgens is opgepakt. Het is een online verfwinkel die je goed (telefonisch) kan bereiken, klantgericht werkt en met oplossingen komt. Professional and pleasant telephone assistance during the ordering process. Unfortunately, part of the order did not go well, but hats off to how that was handled. It is an online paint store that can reach you well (by telephone), works customer-oriented and comes up with solutions.
D	Dennis de Smit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koop je spullen bij een echte verfwinkel,dan weet je zeker dat je niet in de maling wordt genomen. Verf besteld op de site daarna een bericht dat de 5 liter blikken niet meer leverbaar zijn dus moet je opnieuw bestellen(er klantvriendelijk) ze hadden ook 2 x 2.5 kunnen sturen. Ik zeg dan hoef ik de Witsel ook niet meer maar dat kon niet deze was al verstuurd (vreemd dat deze emmers pas 8 dagen later komen). Buy your stuff at a real paint store, then you know for sure that you will not be fooled. Paint ordered on the site then a message that the 5 liter cans are no longer available so you have to order again (there customer friendly) they could also have sent 2 x 2.5. I then say I no longer need the Witsel, but that was not possible, it had already been sent (strange that these buckets only arrive 8 days later).
