★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van binnen ziet het er gedateerd, rommelig en daarom waarschijnlijk vies uit. Snacks en friet zijn ok het personeel is domweg slecht en niet klantvriendelijk of communicatief. Als er een andere snackbar op loopafstand was was ik daar zeker heen gegaan. Ik snap niet dat Verhage hier z’n naam aan wil verbinden.
 Inside it looks dated, cluttered and therefore probably dirty. Snacks and fries are ok the staff is simply bad and not customer friendly or communicative. If there was another snack bar within walking distance I would definitely have gone there. I don't understand why Verhage wants to associate his name with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is knus. Maar wel gezellig. Groot hoeft niet altijd goed te zijn. ***TIP*** betere ventilatie voor het afvoeren van de frituurlucht of de ventilatie kanaal goed schoonmaken. Dat scheelt al dat het blauw staat. ***TIP***
Is cozy. But cozy. Big doesn't always have to be good. ***TIP*** better ventilation to discharge the frying air or clean the ventilation duct well. That makes a difference that it's blue. ***TIP***

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag een kindermenu en hamburger gekocht. Bij het kindermenu zat geen appelmoes terwijl ik daarvoor 3 keer had gevraagd of dat erbij zat. Ja dat zat er bij maar thuis aangekomen zat het er toch niet bij. Ik weet ook niet wat er met de hamburger gedaan is maar die was erg hard. Ook het personeel straalde niet echt uit dat ze het naar hun zin hadden.
Bought a kids menu and burger today. There was no applesauce in the children's menu, even though I had asked 3 times if it was included. Yes, it was there, but when we got home, it wasn't there. I also don't know what was done with the burger but it was very hard. The staff didn't seem like they were having a good time either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Verhage could be like all the others, but this particular location has a manager and trained team who greet customers personably as they come through the door. It makes all the difference in the world.
