Zij waren te laat en onervaren , zij hebben de trap van het verkochte huis beschadigd . Het bed van €4000,- wilde zij niet uit elkaar halen . De eigenaar had de schade aan de verzekering opgegeven of wij maar ff € 250,- eigen risico wilde betalen . De schade was €300,- bovendien was hij de kopers en ons aan het uitspelen tegen elkaar . En zonder schaamte hebben zij bij ons nieuwe appartement complex bij de ingang staan plassen . Het dreef van de urine voor de ingang.

Prima maar laat het dan weten, ze namen de telefoon niet op en we dachten echt dat ze er met onze huisraad vandoor waren De.verhuizers zelf scholden de hele dag over hun baas. Hun baas heeft mij een schade vergoeding beloofd van 2pp euro die ik tot de dag van vandaag nooit heb teruggezien Verhuis veilig? Verhuis alles kapot!

Onze verhuizing was door dit bedrijf een puinhoop geworden... Nieuw gesttukte muren en meubels hebben ze kapotgemaakt, alles op een hoop gegooid ongeacht de labels. Ze kwamen met een kleine auto waardoor we spullen moesten achterlaten. De mannen waren niet behulpzaam, meedenkend of klant vriendelijk, steeds aan het zeuren dat alles te lang duurt - zeker geen professionals. We moesten ter plekke contant betalen en toen we erachter kwamen hoeveel schade er was, hebben we geen vergoeding oid terug kunnen krijgen. Je belt ze en ze beloven van alles maar in feite moet je 3 keer bellen als je bv dozen nodig hebt. Echt geen aanrader mensen!!!!

Echt een topbedrijf, wij zaten door toedoen van Verhuisservice die we via Social Deal hadden gekocht in de knel, die lui zijn gewoon oplichters en kwamen niet opdagen.
