Mit neuer Internet Seite Auftritt läuft die Kommunikation nicht mehr wie früher und ist verbesserungswürdig . Great service. Always helpful. Very friendly. Can recommend to others with a clear conscience. With a new website appearance, the communication is not running as before and is in need of improvement.

S	Sille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir buchen jetzt schon 6 Jahre über Verhuurburo Zeeland und waren eigentlich immer zufrieden , wenn es mal anders war ( wie in diesem Jahr)fanden wir sofort gehör und es wurde uns schnellstmöglich geholfen vor allemwurden wir nicht abgefertigt oder nicht ernst genommen. Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder über Verhuurburo buchen und freuen uns jetzt schon wahnsinnig...! We have been booking through Verhuurburo Zeeland for 6 years now and were actually always satisfied, if it was different (like this year) we found it immediately and we were helped as quickly as possible above all we were not cleared or taken seriously. We will book through Verhuurburo again next year and are already looking forward to it ...!

Die Häuser waren bisher immer schön und sauber. Nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder . We have been booking through Verhuurbüro Zeeland for several years. Are super satisfied, if there are problems, someone is always on hand immediately. The houses have always been nice and clean. Definitely go back next year.

Zeer slechte service. geen zaken mee doen. There is no response to the email. have already e-mailed 5 times when calling you will receive voicemail. you will not be called back. do you get someone on the line .. you will be called back by my boss .. could be back any time. you will not be called back. Very bad service. no business with it.

Was wir nicht wussten es gab einen Inhaber wechsel und diese sind scheinbar nicht am Kundenwohl interessiert. Kurzfristig Verhängte die Niederländische Regierung einen Lockdown somit waren alle Restaurants und Geschäfte geschlossen. Unter solchen Umständen macht eine Reise für uns keinen Sinn. Wir habe die Buchung Storniert mit bitte zur Umbuchung, die sein aber nicht möglich und es wurde auf die Buchungs- Bedingungen.Verwies: „Wenn Sie mindestens 4 Wochen vor Anreise stornieren, erhalten Sie den vollen Betrag von uns zurück. Bis 2 Wochen vor Anreise erhalten Sie 50 % Rückerstattung und bei Stornierung innerhalb von 2 Wochen vor Anreise ist der Gesamtbetrag zu zahlen. Achten Sie also darauf! „ Leider war dieser Lockdon für uns nicht Vorhersehbar. Keinerlei entgegenkommen von den neuen Eigentümern. Wir sehen solch einen Lockdown als Ausnahme Situation und dies hätte berücksichtigt werden müssen. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star. We made a booking with the rental office for more than Weihenarten, as we often do. What we didn't know there was a change of ownership and they are apparently not interested in the well-being of the customers. The Dutch government imposed a short-term lockdown so all restaurants and shops were closed. Under such circumstances, a trip makes no sense for us. We canceled the booking with a request to rebook, but this was not possible and it was referred to the booking conditions.Reference: “If you cancel at least 4 weeks before arrival, you will receive a full refund from us. Up to 2 weeks before arrival you will receive a 50% refund and if you cancel within 2 weeks before arrival, the total amount must be paid. So pay attention! " Unfortunately, this Lockdon was not foreseeable for us. No accommodations from the new owners. We see such a lockdown as an exceptional situation and this should have been taken into account.
