Maar ook bij verhuurders werd aangedrongen om een woning ter beschikking te stellen c.q. te verhuren aan een minder daadkrachtige huurder. Top. No nonsens bedrijf.

β β β β β geen eerlijk ambt. Ik raad je aan om foto's te maken voordat je vertrekt, omdat je je aanbetaling niet terugkrijgt en er extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Ik raad het af!!
not an honest office. I recommend that you take photos before you go as you will not get your deposit back and you will be charged extra. I don't recommend it !!

β β β β β In eerste instantie prettig contact, zodra het contract getekent was ging het echter fout. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen, woorden worden verdraaid, en men lijkt alleen op geld uit te zijn.
Tijdens de bezichtiging gaf de makelaar een ongeintereseerde indruk. De deur werd opengedaan. "Dit is het dan", en het mobieltje kwam uit de zak. Ik heb nooit eerder iemand met zo weinig interesse z'n beroep zien uitvoeren.
Het opvragen van een document duurt inmiddels al 18 dagen, in de tussentijd meerdere malen telefonisch contact gehad, waarbij mij verzekerd werd dat ik zo snel mogelijk reactie kreeg.
Ook een terugbelverzoek wordt niets mee gedaan, ik kreeg bij puur toeval de persoon te spreken gekregen omdat hij de telefoon toevallig oppakte.
Ik kan iedereen ten sterkste af te raden om gebruik te maken van de dienstverlening van VerhuurPro.

During the viewing, the broker gave an uninterested impression. The door was opened. "This is it," and the cell phone came out of the pocket. I have never seen someone with so little interest in his profession.
Requesting a document has already taken 18 days, in the meantime I had several telephone contact, assuring me that I would receive a response as soon as possible.
Also a callback request is not processed, I got to speak to the person by pure coincidence because he accidentally picked up the phone.
I strongly advise against anyone to use the services of VerhuurPro.

β β β β β In het appartement zat 1 CV die ik moest delen met 2 andere appartementen. Elk betaalden wij 100 euro aan voorschot. Ik woon er al een half jaar niet meer, en moet nog de GWL afrekening van 2019 ontvangen en ook die van 2020. Mailtjes antwoorden ze niet op, als je ze belt zeggen ze er wat aan te doen maar doen ze niet. Ze geven constant de eigenaar op de schuld, terwijl zij het aanspreekpunt zijn en hier ook aan verdienen...
Ook was er van alles mis aan het appartement, het zijn dikke oplichters
