Verkoopmakelaar Hoofddorp HBhousing - Daalmeerstraat 24

Ik was op zoek naar een verhuurmakelaar die mijn woning kon verhuren en tevens beheren. Online gaan zoeken en kwam snel terecht bij HBhousing, na het vergelijken met wat andere partijen denk ik dat HBhousing met hun dienstverlening en prijzen het beste bij mij past. Mijn woning was snel verhuurd aan een nette expat, leuke huurder. Vooralsnog zeker aan te raden dit bedrijf!

Als student is het lastig om in Amsterdam woonruimte te vinden. Via de website had ik gereageerd op een appartement werd snel terug gebeld om een afspraak te maken dit traject verliep soepel en we wonen inmiddels in Amsterdam we willen hb bedanken voor het meedenken......??

Wij waren met spoed op zoek naar een appartement, omdat de problemen met lekkage in het huis waar wij woonden uit de hand begonnen te lopen. Wij hebben HBhousing benaderd en al vlot konden wij een appartement bezichtigen, welke wij na het tonen van onze interesse dezelfde avond nog konden betrekken. Bij aanvang van de huur was nog niet alles op orde in het appartement door toe doen van de vorige huurder. Wel is door middel van het huurdersportaal alles vlot en naar wens opgelost, waardoor we nu kunnen genieten van een lekkagevrij en prettig appartement.

Ik en mijn vriend zochten op korte termijn een woning in Hoofddorp. We kwamen de woning tegen op Funda. Ik kreeg gelijk de volgende dag een telefoontje dat er nog een woning beschikbaar is. De bezichting vond plaats binnen 2 dagen , wat super fijn was ! We konden gelijk 3 dagen later in de woning. De verkoop makelaar reageert snel en help waar kan. Eenmaal in de woning deed de tv het niet, gelukkig gingen ze hier gelijk mee aan de slag en deed onze tv het na 1.5 dag. Het portaal waar je meldingen kan melden als er iets stuk is aan de woning, is echt handig. Het portaal spreekt voor zich en super fijn dat het digitaal is. De verkoop makelaar heeft er zeker weten alles aan gedaan om aan ons wensen te voldoen. Ik kan niet meer zeggen dat wij op en top tevreden zijn met de service van HB housing. Als er iets is kan ik ze altijd bereiken. We zijn super blij met de woning en wij raden HB housing echt aan iedereen aan, ze kijken wat ze voor je kunnen doen en kijken samen naar de beste oplossing. Super fijn !!! Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel !

Hi, I have faced very bad experience with HB housing after signing the agreement. As one-line: They will smile with you until you sign the agreement and then the response will be very terrible. They charge Mediation fee from tenant, although they inform/represent the landlord which is illegal and total fraud's I was living in Hoofddorp, 2132AH House Number 281 and i took this rented house on April 2019 and i was living in ground floor. During House View, Liona(HB Consultant) informed as G/W/E/Internet will be in Tenant name and it will be printed in the Agreement and so i have accepted to take the home for rent. During the sign of Agreement, i found the G/W/E/Internet was not mentioned when i checked with the same person, She informed as 'House owner' will be paying on behalf of and i have to pay 200 Euro per month as fixed. After signing the agreement, below are continuous issue faced, 1. On the day i got inn, i found INTERNET was too slow and came to know the Internet was shared with 2 other family's who was living in the upper floor but charge was paid by me. 2. Municipality and Garbage tax's : As per Gemeente hoofddorp, only person registered as per address is me. But i found 5 more people from 'Slovakia' was living there. When i checked the same to HB Housing and Gemeente, there was no information provided. 3. Rain water gets drain into the home from outside through walls. There was no proper response from any person in HB housing even for continuous call and mails. And finally one day, when i said as i am gonna vacate, 'Tom(HB Consultant)' took the call he said kindly pay the Municipality and Garbage tax's or else i will not get the deposit which i paid. Now, i have vacated the home on 27th April 2020 after paying the Municipality and Garbage tax's. But still i have not received my deposit and Mediation fee. Neither no one picks the call or no proper response was provided now.

I have recently rented a home through HB Housing in Hoofddorp and was very pleased with my experience. Danique, our agent, was very professional and informative through the whole process. She helped us search for homes in our requested area, as well as informed us on local schools for our 2 small children, which is very reassuring when you are not from the area. Once we found a house the process was very quick and all contracts were signed within a week. The housing market is very competitive in this time and having someone walk you through it step by step was a great relief. We definitely recommend.
