★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom voor het eerst in dit ziekenhuis. We gaan wat eten in het restaurant en bestellen een broodje brie. Eenmaal aangeschoven (en nog geen hap gegeten) zag ik dat er een combideal is met dit broodje en een smoothie. Ik loop naar de balie om te vragen of ik nog gebruik kan maken van deze actie. Dit kon niet meer omdat "mevrouw dan een knopje moest aanslaan, wat nu niet meer kan". Erg jammer van deze betuttelende klantenservice.
 I am coming to this hospital for the first time. We go eat something in the restaurant and order a brie sandwich. Once pulled up (and not eaten yet) I saw that there is a combination deal with this sandwich and a smoothie. I walk to the counter to ask if I can still use this promotion. This was no longer possible because "madam then had to press a button, which is no longer possible". A great pity about this patronizing customer service.
