★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn ouders zochten een mooie veranda, na een tijdje Google'n kwamen we Steen en Hout tegen, we hebben eerst op de webshop gekeken maar hadden nog een paar vragen. Dus zijn we naar de winkel gegaan, waar we top advies hebben gekregen en natuurlijk de veranda hebben besteld.
Kortom: top bedrijf, professioneel personeel -- mijn ouders zouden hier zo weer bestellen!
My parents were looking for a nice veranda, after a while Google'n we came across Steen and Hout, we first looked at the webshop but still had a few questions. So we went to the store, where we got top advice and of course ordered the veranda.
In short: top company, professional staff - my parents would order here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze verkopen je met opzet teveel stenen ga je dan verhaal halen zijn ze de onschuld zelfe en bieden ze je een spotprijs vd teveel geleverde stenen die ze dan eerst willen inspecteren en vervolgens betalen als het hun uitkomt.
Onze straatmaker had gelijk slechte zaak.
Als ze het nou toegaven en je het geld gewoon terugbetalen ok .
Maar dit , en dan ook nog een email sturen mocht ik een recencie plaatsen kon dat wel is fout aflopen.
Naar mijn mening een zaak die zich geen zaak mag noemen.
WEDEROM EEN BELOFTE BRENG DE STENEN MAAR TERUG OOK WEER NIET NAGEKOMEN!

Our street-maker was right in the wrong.
If they admitted it and you just refund the money ok.
But this, and then also send an email if I could post a review that could have gone wrong.
In my opinion a matter that should not be called a matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onbetrouwbaar adres om zaken mee te doen. In de beschrijving (Palletmatch, hetzelfde bedrijf) staat dat zij alle soorten pallets opkopen. Gisteren gebeld dat wij zo'n 100 diverse pallets hadden.
"Kom maar langs en breng ze maar", werd er gezegd.
Komen we daar vanmorgen, nemen ze alleen maar Euro's aan. Sta je daar voor de kat z'n viool.
Dat hadden jullie dus ook aan de telefoon kunnen vertellen, had ons 150 km rijden gescheeld en een hoop werk en moeite.
Geen woord van excuus, maar je reviews worden wel weggehaald.

Helaas kwamen ze incompleet aan.
Er zat geen bevestiging bij.om het snoer vast te draaien.Ik heb telefonisch contact opgenomen.
Er zou mij direct het ontbrekende onderdeel toegestuurd worden. Helaas is hier niet aan voldaan en hoorde ik niks meer.

Begin juni Varistone beton kalkuitbloei besteld
Na 5 weken gebeld naar martijn maar moest per mail contact op nemen werd per telefoon niet tewoord gestaan
Na dat gedaan te hebben bleek artikel niet te leveren , maar hadden wel een alternatief dus zeg stuur die dan maar.
Inmiddels is het december en nog niks ontvangen.
En op mails reageren ze niet.
