After purchasing,they don't follow thier guidance themselves way of contact.
After 2 weeks,I contaced them nothing good attitude of replying.
They told me delivering next day,but Ignored and no answer.
I told them cancelled my order.
Hope my payment is back rightly.

β β β β β The frame is of very poor quality with visible damages. I sent KunstSpiegel an E-Mail and pictures of the frame in the original packaging with the damages but never heard back anything. Really poor customer service.

β β β β β Verno framed my vintage poster. Very good quality for the price, compared to others. Delivery time excellent. Bit of a limited collection of frames to choose from, at least in the (physical) shop.
I am not a fan of stapling hardboard to the back of the wooden frame, and I would also prefer the cardboard corner protection wasn't stapled to the frame. But this is just my personal opinion. I am sure others would have given 5 stars for the same experience.

β β β β β My painting was picked up a month ago and I'm still waiting on delivery. They never sent any updates and when I called them they said "next thursday" or the "thursday after" since they only hit my town once a week.
They promise ten days, but we've been waiting 40 days.

β β β β β Verno's customer service isn't satisfactory. Having personally dropped off two prints for framing on Saturday 17 April, I was told they would be delivered to my home "on Friday", which I (not unfairly) assumed meant 23 April. A call was received from Verno on 22 April to clarify my requirements, which suggested all was in order.
As they had not been delivered, I called again on Thursday 29 April to ask when my delivery would be, and I was told it was expected to be "Friday", assumed (again not unfairly) to be 30 April, and that I would receive an email by way of confirmation. No email has been received to this point.
I have separately sent emails to which Verno have not replied, except for their automated responses which provide no information whatsoever.
I'd be happy to confirm that the framing service itself is good - with the proviso that I dropped off the prints myself rather than waiting for Verno to collect them from me as part of the service I paid for - but they still have my prints with no confirmation of when they will be delivered. Verno's own terms and conditions state items will be delivered within 14 days, which have not been met, and the minimum expectation should be that they would contact customers if they aren't able to meet their own commitments. I'll update this review once what I have paid for has been delivered and provided it meets my requirements.

β β β β β Beautifully made, you can see that it is great quality. The customer service was amazing, all my question were answered in very friendly and professional manner. I wish all the customer services was like that! I got great advice and I'm very happy with my choice. The delivery was very fast and the delivery man (from their company) brought the mirror into the house and even waited for me to unpack and check if I was happy with it!! I wish I could give 6 stars!!
