★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On July the 31st I insisted myself to visit the Versace outlet store in Roermond.
Was looking for a specific item which is very rare or usually sold out (a silk blouse) which consisted out of all the Versace elements.
The young lady who has assisted me was very kind and helpful and she immediately showed me the items to my liking, we even had a small chat about the store and the brand itself, as a frequent visitor I truly admire the Versace brand.
One occasion I have to criticize is that some items are not always on stock or some of these items are rapidly sold out, that's why I recommend future visitors to arrive at a early time so you could score the items to your liking.

Very nice store, with very friendly staff.
I was greeted several times. I was looking for a new winter coat. A lady helped me find the right jacket, which she could inform me about the qualities of the jacket. She was very sweet and professional.

you can not touch anything and if you want to see something, you should say that the employee shows that it is hanging on the hangers and you can not see the front or back or the price, please show me every thing and tell me the price?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous policies - wait time too long. 9 people allowed in the shop, and they keep people wait in line for ages. Employees seem to do what they want and don’t care if they help the customers or not.
