★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We werden erg ‘gehaast’ geholpen en er was weinig ruimte wat betreft meedenken. Het assortiment is niet heel groot, maar wel erg duur. Wij zaten vast aan Versan doordat het een onderaannemer was bij ons nieuwbouw project, maar particulier gaan we hier nooit naar toe terug.
We were helped very "in a hurry" and there was little room to think along. The range is not very large, but very expensive. We were stuck with Versan because it was a subcontractor for our new construction project, but we never go back here privately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the 'Advice Centre' and had a very bad experience. The woman advicing us was very convinced of one way to make a bathroom and one way only. There was no room for other options than her vision.
Worse, there's not a pricelist available, if you want a bath for example, you just have to have faith that they will choose a good bath, in a good price (and they don't).
If you want to compare baths, showers or whatever, you'll have to visit the websites of every supplier they have, where no prices are listed also.
Very, very bad service. Never experienced a salesexperience worse/weirder than this.
