Ze is recht voor z'n raap en schuwt geen thema's, waardoor ze een veilige bedding kan creëren. Ze is eerlijk, oprecht en kan je bij hand meenemen om te onderzoeken in processen die aandacht nodig hebben.
 Lonny is a special person. She is honest and eager to look at her own processes - in my opinion the most important thing in meeting work. She is straightforward and does not shy away from themes, so that she can create a safe bed. She is honest, sincere and can take you on hand to investigate processes that need attention.
