S	Sandra Veroeven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top tandarts met goede service. Vandaag terug van vakantie gekomen i.v.m. extreme pijn, zonder aarzel en getreuzel gebeld. Mocht gelijk langs komen en werd gezien. Blij en zeer dankbaar dat er nog artsen zijn die om goede zorg geven. Tandarts Wicomb is al 6 jaar mijn tandarts en zou hem voor geen goud willen inruilen. Happy and very grateful that there are still doctors who care about good care. Dentist Wicomb has been my dentist for 6 years and wouldn't trade him in for gold. M	Mitchel Goris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M'n moeder heeft hier bij de orthodontist 'van dort' van verstand een gebit laten maken. Deze bleek te ruim te zitten. Later naar een second opinion gegaan en die zei dat het gebit 3mm te kort was. Mijn moeder terug naar tandarts verstand om te vertellen dat het niet goed was en dat zei een nieuwe moeten maken. Verstand zegt dat m'n moeder contact moet nemen met de verzekering want verstand gaat natuurlijk niet voor niks een nieuwe gebit maken. De verzekering is hier in niet de fout dus die vergoeden niet een nieuw gebit. Verstand wilt ook geen nieuwe gebit maken. Ik vindt dit echt een schande, m moeder zit al 1 jaar zonder gebit. Het zal je eigen moeder maar zijn! Jullie leveren een ondeugdelijke product en horen dit zonder kosten op te lossen zonder enig discussie of problemen! Maar dat is zeker niet het geval! Nee we moeten een officiële klacht indienen en dan zien we wel! Schande. Ik, m'n vriendin, m'n moeder en m'n broer zullen hier ook zeker weg gaan. Een verlies van 4 cliënten is het zeker niet waard. Goede les voor de volgende x. My mother had teeth made here by the orthodontist 'van dort' van wit. This turned out to be too spacious. Later went to a second opinion and said that the teeth were 3mm too short. My mom returned to dentist's mind to tell it was no good and said to have to make a new one. Verstand says that my mother should contact the insurance because of course wit is not going to make new teeth for nothing. The insurance is not the fault here, so they do not reimburse new teeth. Wisdom also does not want to make new teeth. I think this is a real shame, m mother has been without teeth for 1 year. It will only be your own mother! You deliver a faulty product and should fix it at no cost without any discussion or problems! But that is certainly not the case! No we have to file an official complaint and we'll see! Shame. Me, my girlfriend, my mother and my brother will definitely leave here too. A loss of 4 clients is certainly not worth it. Good lesson for the next x.

Ben blij dat ik er weg ben. Outdated equipment, old way of working, poor quality fillings that discolored my teeth and poor communication. I'm glad I'm out of there.

Elke keer als ik op controle kwam had ik volgens haar zeker 3 gaatjes en werd het maximale tarief gedeclareerd. Bij het boren was haar geduld bovendien zeer beperkt en werd ze onvriendelijk als ik moeite had helemaal stil te liggen door alle handelingen. Via een second opinion bij een betrouwbare en geroemde tandarts, na wederom een diagnose '3 gaatjes' van VersTand, bleek er helemaal niks aan de hand. Oftewel: echt een afrader! Ik hoop uiteraard dat dit inmiddels beter is, maar raad toch aan bij meermaals slechte diagnoses een second opinion te zoeken. 12 years ago a very bad experience with this dentist. Every time I came for a checkup, she said I had at least 3 holes and the maximum rate was declared. In addition, when drilling, her patience was very limited and she became unfriendly when I had trouble lying completely still due to all the actions. Through a second opinion from a reliable and renowned dentist, after another diagnosis of '3 cavities' from VersTand, it turned out that there was nothing wrong at all. In other words: really a must! Of course I hope that this is better by now, but I still recommend seeking a second opinion in the event of multiple bad diagnoses.
D	Diana Villafuerte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn zoontje heeft een slotjes beugel waarvan 4 slotjes los zitten en Dr. P.L. Caravajal Monroy wil de slotjes niet maken van zijn beugel. Ze zei tegen mijn zoontje dat hij eerst moet leren eten voordat ze de slotjes van de beugel ging maken. Ik zelf vind dat geen uitspraken wat een orthodontist kan maken. Ik betaal voor de beugel en de reparatie etc. Dus dan moet dat ook gemaakt worden wanneer deze kapot gaan. Ze kan niet goed werken met kinderen My son has a bracket of which 4 locks are loose and Dr. P.L. Caravajal Monroy doesn't want to fix his braces. She told my son that he must first learn to eat before making the clasps on the braces. I don't think that's a statement that an orthodontist can make. I pay for the bracket and the repair etc. So that also has to be made when they break. She doesn't work well with children

Today I could be seen quickly by my own dentist since I have to leave again tonight. I registered with dentist Wicomb five years ago, I also use to work in Utrecht at that time. Since then I did not want to leave anymore. Service is good, staff is very nice and understanding (especially because I am also afraid of the dentist) Although I live in the USA I always get a reminder e-mail, which is very nice. Thank you very much for all the good things. See you guys in december 2018.
A	Andrea Maria Bortellie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best experience ever at the dentist! I was on holiday in the Netherlands when I suddenly got a lot of pain from my left lower jaw. Dentists were sweet and helpful, they gave a lot of explanation about treatment and how everything would go. I really liked that. What I really liked was that I could speak my own language (Italian) at the dentist. Nice place for dental care!

Verstand helped me excellently the very next day, was very patient with my worries etc (never had a tooth extraction before). The dentist explained the procedure and what I would need to do going forward, and was very helpful in explaining her observations during the procedure. Afterwards, they provided me with a detailed description of what had been done on e-mail, to help me claim further expenses from continued treatment in my home country.
