Verder geeft het bedrijf ook geen enkele informatie vanuit hun kant en moet je als klant jezelf maar zien te redden. Erg klantonvriendelijk! They cannot be reached. Deze nog steeds niet ontvangen. Op chats en mails (nog) geen reactie ontvangen, terwijl het aanstaande vrijdag al begint. Geen telefoonnummer om contact te zoeken. Ik maak me zorgen of we de tickets wel tijdig ontvangen. Intussen de tickets vandaag ontvangen, een hele opluchting. Zo komt alles toch goed! Iets meer communicatie/ beter bereikbaarheid wordt op prijs gesteld. Ordered tickets for this weekend's F1 in Belgium a long time ago. We should receive the tickets last week at the latest. Still haven't received this one. No response (yet) on chats and emails, while it starts next Friday. No phone number to contact. I am concerned that we will receive the tickets on time. In the meantime, received the tickets today, a great relief. That way everything will be fine! A little more communication/better accessibility is appreciated.

It was quicker to email the circuit then Verstappen travel. Overall good but not 5 stars
