★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas geen goede ervaringen met dit bedirjf. Alarm systeem zendt vrijwel dagelijks fouten naar de meldkamer sinds de installatie, waarop Bart aangaf dat meldkamer deze maar moet negeren.
Toen ik de installatie code opvroeg, stelde Vertec zelf voor om hiervoor langs te komen. Vertec wilde de code van mijn alarm systeem namelijk niet telefonisch delen. Na de aanpassing die 1 minuut duurde ontving ik een factuur van bijna 90 euro. Ik zal niet langer gebruik maken van de "service" van dit bedrijf.
 Unfortunately no good experiences with this company. The alarm system sends errors to the control room almost daily since the installation, after which Bart indicated that the control room should ignore them.
When I requested the installation code, Vertec itself suggested I drop by. Vertec did not want to share the code of my alarm system by telephone. After the adjustment that took 1 minute, I received an invoice for almost 90 euros. I will no longer be using the "service" of this company.
