Had a very good experience with the agency! Highly responsive!

Spoke with them on the phone and had viewings a few times while searching for a house. They were always extremely professional and pleasant. They also don't discriminate against internationals as many other agencies do.

I have been in touch with Vesting Vastgoed a couple of times now, for renting out my apartment and also for tenancy advice. I must say that I am very satisfied with their high service level. I have worked with a variety of agencies in the past, but Vesting really makes the difference. Definitely a positive experience and recommendation.

ENG Absolutely awful company to work with. They enable slumlords to treat tenants awfully and then accuse you of not cooperating with them. I was forced to leave my apartment because there was damp and my health was suffering from of the unsafe living conditions. The landlord did nothing to rectify the situation and accused me of leaving water running so he wouldn’t have to refund the 2-month deposit (>1500e). Vesting Vastgoed accused me of thwarting the reparations after I repeatedly rand and emailed them concerning the situation and the unresponsiveness of the landlord. They did nothing to help me retrieve the deposit and were not even able to advise me what legal (or otherwise) steps could be taken to aid me in any way. They are unprofessional, unknowledgeable and a waste of anyone’s hard-earned money. ——— NL Absoluut een vreselijk bedrijf om mee samen te werken. Ze stellen huisjesmelkers in staat huurders vreselijk te behandelen en beschuldigen je vervolgens van tegenwerken. Ik moest mijn appartement verlaten omdat het vochtig was en mijn gezondheid leed onder de onveilige leefomstandigheden. De huisbaas deed er niets om de situatie recht te zetten en beschuldigde mij ervan dat ik het water had laten lopen zodat hij de borg van 2 maanden (> 1500e) niet hoefde terug te betalen. Vesting Vastgoed beschuldigde mij ervan de herstelwerkzaamheden (welke??) te dwarsbomen nadat ik ze herhaaldelijk had gerand en gemaild over de situatie en het niet reageren van de verhuurder. Ze deden niets om me te helpen de borg terug te krijgen en konden me niet eens adviseren welke juridische (of anderszins) stappen konden worden ondernomen om me op enige wijze te helpen. Ze zijn onprofessioneel, onwetend en een verspilling van iemands zuurverdiende geld.

Most unprofessional absolutely terrible company!!! Do not even try to work with them; they will try and make false accusations of a situation that is a he said she said! Name calling is apparently not uncommon for this company according to my experience and all these reviews. Lack of communication is very well known to this company as well as being disrespectful to you and your time. Cancellation of appointments with an hour notice, and through email!!! Standing in the freezing cold just to inform you that an email was sent that your appointment was canceled. Just plain Rude! Save your money and I strongly advise to read these reviews before working with this company. They don’t deserve my business or yours!!!!!!!!!!

Do not waste your time with this agency. Nothing but bad experiences. Miscommunication is on top of the list. This company does not bother to communicate properly with you or do their job properly. Continous delays in finding apartments due to poor communication and additionally even extremely rude responses. Cancelation of viewings ONE hour before the viewing and then being rude when you still show up making you wait in the cold just for them to tell you that they canceled your appointment and that you should have seen it. No empathy whatsoever. If you are in the service industry, your customer comes first and you create an experience for your customer. For this agency however, money comes first. They don't care about individuals and clearly don't make the house hunting easier but harder. To top it all off, we have received the most aggressive email from this agency to the point of feeling extremely offended, an email that was filled with inaccurate information and their complete own view on a matter without trying to resolve the problem professionally together. This agency does not care about any of their clients and makes everything a "you problem". Stay away as far as possible from these unprofessional and time wasting services. Take your business else where and you will be treated much better anywhere else.

A very fast moving and helpful service! They were able to deal with and help with any issues we had and guided us into getting our new apartment in just over a week from viewing. Very useful estate agents for dutch locals and expats alike!
