★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belachelijk. Oplichters. Elke declaratie wijzen ze af, terwijl de verzekering al afgesloten was! Nu telkens als mijn huisdier ziek is word het erop gegooid ja maar dat was in de wachttermijn ontstaan. En daar betaal je dan €40 per maand voor! Fraudeurs eerste klas
 Ridiculous. scammers. They reject every claim, even though the insurance was already taken out! Now every time my pet is sick it is thrown on yes but that had arisen in the waiting period. And you pay €40 per month for that! Fraudsters first class

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze maatschappij, krijg mijn nieuwe hond van 1 jaar geeneens verzekerd omdat bij de gezondheidsverklaring van de dierenarts staat dat de hond weleens krabt aan zijn vacht. Ben nu naar een andere verzekeraar gegaan en ga mijn andere hond die wel bij petplan is verzekerd ook overzetten naar de concurrent.
Worthless society, my new dog of 1 year does not even get insured because the health certificate from the vet states that the dog sometimes scratches his fur. I have now gone to another insurer and am going to transfer my other dog that is insured with petplan to the competitor.

Hele slechte en misleidende organisatie. Tonen geen enkel medeleven in een situatie, en houden zich strikt aan hun eigen opgemaakte regels, welke heel slecht of nergens terug te vinden zijn. Zelfs de wettelijke bedenktijd van 14 dagen, om de verzekering te kunnen annuleren worden niet nageleefd. Mijn advies : zoek verder en ga niet met hun in zee !!!!!
PetPlan Never do business with them.
Very bad and misleading organization. Show no compassion whatsoever in a situation, and strictly adhere to their own made up rules, which are very bad or nowhere to be found. Even the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days to be able to cancel the insurance is not complied with. My advice : look further and do not work with them !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised to see so many negative reviews! I have been using this insurance for 4 years, and I am very happy with it.
Last year I had several issues with my cats, and I got everything reimbursed from the percentage agreed for my package.
Even if the amount was large and it would take longer, I still got my reimbursement within a few weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and useless insurance. They do not cover any expenses whatsoever. Even though they promise a 50% refund for consultation and 80% for medication, we got nothing back from them. And of course, we stopped the insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my cats are insured with them. I don't have any complaints, you can submit claims online and they process them pretty fast. My second cat had skin issues from the shelter and I could still insure her but couldn't claim any skin expenses for the first 6 months, which I think is fair.
