★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag voor het eerst met 1 van m'n katten bij deze dierenarts geweest en ik vind dit nu al de beste en fijnste praktijk ooit! Zo gericht op het welzijn van de dieren, echt top! Zo hebben ze bijvoorbeeld speciale, op een voor de kat prettige hoogte, "parkeer" plaatsen voor het vervoershok bij de balie. En omdat er nog iemand met een hond in de wachtkamer zat, waar ik zelf nog niet eens een probleem in zag, werd er toch gezorgd dat we z.s.m. door konden lopen. Er werd echt gedacht vanuit het dier, zo fijn! Sowieso de manier van benaderen, van zowel dier als mens, vond ik erg prettig en bijzonder. Er werd rustig de tijd genomen, er was ruimte voor een praatje en er werd echt mee gezocht naar de beste oplossing. Echt alles in belang van het dier en niet van hun portemonnee. Allemaal hele vriendelijke, betrokken mensen met hart voor hun werk. Dat voel en merk je aan alles. Ik hoop hier natuurlijk voorlopig niet terug te hoeven komen, maar mocht er weer iets zijn dan stap ik hier absoluut met een vertrouwd en goed gevoel weer binnen.
Went to this vet for the first time today with 1 of my cats and I think this is already the best and nicest practice ever! So focused on the welfare of the animals, really great! For example, they have special "parking" places at a height that is pleasant for the cat in front of the transport shed at the counter. And because there was still someone with a dog in the waiting room, which I didn't even see a problem in myself, it was ensured that we could continue asap. They really thought from the animal's point of view, so nice! In any case, I found the way of approaching both animals and humans very pleasant and special. Time was taken, there was room for a chat and they really looked for the best solution. Everything in the interest of the animal and not their wallet. All very friendly, committed people with a passion for their work. You feel and notice that in everything. Of course I hope not to have to come back here for the time being, but if there is something again, I will definitely step back in here with a familiar and good feeling.
