R	Ruben v/d Kamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede en fijne dierenarts. Maakt ondanks de drukte tijd voor ons en biedt goede hulp en adviezen. Onze dieren zijn er heel lief en zorgvuldig behandeld. Good and nice vet. Despite the crowds, makes time for us and offers good help and advice. Our animals are very sweet and treated with care.

Op aanraden van vrienden hadden wij een afspraak gemaakt bij de praktijk maar al snel kregen wij te horen dat exact de zelfde behandeling bij een andere praktijk 3x zo goedkoop was. Na contact met de receptioniste dan ook besloten om de afspraak te annuleren, dat was allemaal geen probleem! Maar nu komt het volgende nog geen 3 min later werd er snel teruggebeld en een voicemail in gesproken.waarin door Paul Aarts, werd verteld dat hij er niet zo tevreden mee was. Op een nogal kinderachtige manier. Er is evt zelfs een spraakmemo van de voicemail gemaakt! Hij bedankte ons voor het annuleren van de afspraak! Geen dank graag gedaan, we hebben er goed aangedaan om onze dieren niet naar u te brengen! Hopelijk wordt er leering getrokken uit de situatie en zal men in de toekomst anders met klanten omgaan! later terug gebeld door de dieren arts die in eerste instantie aangaf dat hij bij noodgevallen ook niet zou helpen. Waar ik uiteraard weer tegen in ging uiteindelijk gaf de arts dan aan om bij doodsbedreigingen situaties we te helpen. Zo hebben we het gesprek dan ook maar afgesloten, heel jammer dat het zo heeft moeten lopen….. we hadden graag deze praktijk als dierenarts gehad! Incredibly bad service! On the advice of friends, we had made an appointment at the practice, but we were soon told that exactly the same treatment at another practice was 3 times cheaper. After contact with the receptionist decided to cancel the appointment, that was no problem! But now the next thing comes less than 3 minutes later, there was a quick call back and a voicemail, in which Paul Aarts was told that he was not so happy with it. In a rather childish way. There may even be a voice memo of the voicemail! He thanked us for canceling the appointment! Thank you very much, we did well not to bring our animals to you! Hopefully lessons will be learned from the situation and we will deal with customers differently in the future! later called back by the vet who initially indicated that he would not help in an emergency either. Which, of course, I went against in the end, the doctor then indicated that we would help with death threat situations. That's how we ended the conversation, it's a shame it had to go like this….. we would have loved to have had this practice as a vet!
E	Ed van Rijckevorsel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fijne man is Paul. Wij moesten onze Poes laten inslapen. Paul was erg geduldig, lief tegen Poes en gaf ons volop ruimte om afscheid te nemen. What a fine man Paul is. We had to put our cat to sleep. Paul was very patient, kind to Cat and gave us plenty of space to say goodbye.

Didnt have to wait long at all either. All in all, if you need a veterinarian, I'd definitely recommend this one
