Reageren niet op reparatieverzoeken, te laat terugbetalen depisito etc etc. Dit bedrijf is te groot om zaken goed te regelen. Property manager who operates under the name of MVGM Wonen. Do not respond to repair requests, late repay depisito etc etc. This company is too big to arrange things properly.

Zo kwamen wij (Ik, mijn vriendin en een ander stel) geheel niet in aanmerking voor enige woning. Waarbij ook geïnsinueerd is dat onze relaties niet duurzaam zijn. Bij vraag naar de definitie van een duurzame relatie is geheel geen reactie gegeven. Ik vind jullie werkwijze absoluut lachwekkend. Vier keer de kale huurprijs, Studiefinanciering niet meetellen als vast inkomen en ook nog het lef hebben om schandalig een opmerking te maken over een relatie waar jullie niks van af weten. Als een gigantisch woningtekort voor starters een probleem is, dan zijn partijen zoals VGM een groot deel van dat probleem. "Deze richtlijnen zijn gesteld vanuit onze opdrachtgevers.". Waarom zijn er meer dan genoeg makelaars die niet meegaan met zulke achterlijke richtlijnen? Waarom hebben jullie geen opdrachtgevers die hierop een uitzondering maken? Wees gewoon eerlijk dat jullie met alle liefde gebruik maken van de situatie. Dan hoeven veel mensen hun tijd niet te verspillen. Nederland is op dit moment iig vier hoogopgeleiden rijker die VGM afraden binnen hun invloedssfeer. En het geheel zonder redelijke resolutie blijven boycotten VGM discriminates on housing composition and income. "Only two incomes are included if there is a lasting (love) relationship." For example, we (me, my girlfriend and another couple) were not eligible for any accommodation at all. Which also insinuates that our relationships are not sustainable. No response was given at all to questions about the definition of a sustainable relationship. I find your working method absolutely laughable. Four times the basic rent, student finance not counting as a fixed income and also have the guts to make a scandalous remark about a relationship you know nothing about. If a huge housing shortage is a problem for starters, parties such as VGM are a big part of that problem. "These guidelines have been set by our clients." Why are there more than enough brokers who do not follow such backward guidelines? Why don't you have clients who make an exception to this? Just be honest that you are lovingly using the situation. Then many people don't have to waste their time. The Netherlands is currently four richly educated people who advise against HSE within their sphere of influence. And continue to boycott the whole without a reasonable resolution
