VGZ is een coöperatie zonder winstoogmerk. Onze leden betalen maandelijks premie. Van die premie gaat 97% direct terug naar de zorg. En van die 97% gaat 20% naar innovatieve oplossingen op het gebied van gezondheid én zorg. Wat gebeurt er met de overige 3%? Daarvan betalen we onze onkosten. Denk hierbij aan de salarissen van onze collega's, de telefoons van onze klantenservice, de laptops van onze declaratieverwerkers, het onderhoud van onze Zorgzoeker, de VGZ Zorg app en bijvoorbeeld ons 'Gezond Leven' platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt een walgelijke verzekeringsmaatschappij! Ik ben al 4 maanden bezig met een buitenlandse declaratie. Na tig keer een document te laten veranderen door het ziekenhuis krijg ik tot mijn verbazing te horen dat mijn declaratie weer wordt afgewezen. Elke telefoniste geeft aan dat ik iets moet aanleveren en dat dat het enige is en nee hoor weer wordt het afgewezen. Ze geven valse beloftes bijvoorbeeld dat ik word teruggebeld, nooit teruggebeld. Klachten benaderd ook niet teruggebeld of iets anders. Alleen maar geld willen innen en niet willen vergoeden! Lekker geld verdienen zo. Ik ga er alles aan doen om mensen te overtuigen dat ze oplichten. Echt BAH! Zo een spijt dat ik jullie nog een jaartje de kans heb gegeven. Dit is helaas mijn tweede jaar en altijd problemen gekregen met deze verzekering. NOOOOOIT MEEEER!
Truly a disgusting insurance company! I have been working on a foreign declaration for 4 months. After having a document changed many times by the hospital, I am surprised to hear that my claim has been rejected again. Every operator indicates that I have to provide something and that that is the only thing and no, again it is rejected. For example, they give false promises that I will be called back, never called back. Complaints approached also no call back or anything. Just want to collect money and not want to reimburse! Make good money that way. I'm going to do everything I can to convince people that they are scamming. Really BAH! So sorry I gave you another year. This is unfortunately my second year and always had problems with this insurance. NEVER MEET!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst insurance company,,very very bad service, as an insurance company, they only want to earn money from their clients, they don't pay money for emergency treatment fee because they say your emergency fee is a kind of non-emergency. I don't believe they are care about patient's health. This company should be closed immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to give any star to VGZ, yeah, it must be zero star. Too bad, never ever choose VGZ!!! I had surgery abroad, and of course it was emergency, it must be covered, but my reimbursement was rejected several times, even I supported by a letter from my huisarts. To conclude, it was too too bad!! I will of course change insurance company to another one!! I have communication history, please see below:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware, this is the type of company that will place important conditions in a small font at the bottom of the page. Read carefully everything, before applying for their service.
Honestly, if a company makes such tricks, as hiding important information that can make you think about getting their service, it's kind of a scam. The customer service is really rude if you are calling about getting money back. Even they are sharing information between each other, that everyone knows, that you are calling about reimbursement, and they can tell, that my colleague already explained to you everything.
It is a total disappointment. I have questions about the legality of some processes in this company. Think twice to apply for their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid them like the plague! Very bad customer service, this company is just trying to scam their clients and to get their money!!! After 40 minutes on the phone when you finally manage to speak to someone you get the most useless customer support on earth.
