★ ★ ★ ★ ★ flessentrekkers de fysieke winkel van de webshop rekent bijna het dubbele van wat bij hun webshop kost is 1 en de zelfde winkel is met vele producten zo. En dan komen ze met de smoes dat het 3 verschillende BVs zijn met de zelde naam en adres ?

Na telefonisch contact met de medewerker van de winkel gevraagd of de artikelen (welke voorradig waren op de website) op voorraad waren in de winkel. Deze medewerker heeft mij zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan en gaf aan dat hij deze artikelen moest bestellen. Hij gaf ook netjes aan dat niet alle artikelen welke voorradig zijn op de website in de winkel liggen. Een dag later gebeld door een andere medewerker en mijn artikelen lagen klaar in de winkel.
Wat een top winkel en een super service.
Recently searched for several articles on the website of vhk. After telephone contact with the store employee, I asked if the items (which were in stock on the website) were in stock in the store. This employee spoke to me very kindly and indicated that he had to order these items. He also neatly indicated that not all items that are in stock on the website are in the store. A day later a call from another employee and my items were ready in the store.
What a great store and great service.
