Van de oorspronkelijke boeking (prachtig maatwerk) tot aan de annulering en, onlangs, de onverwachte teruggave van vrijwel het hele aanbetalingsbedrag. Geen mooie reiservaring dit jaar maar wel een geweldige reisbureau-ervaring: aardig, deskundig meedenkend, en uiterst correct. Ik zou een toekomstige camperreis zonder enige twijfel opnieuw bij Christina en haar staf boeken. Our camper trip through North America could not take place last summer due to Corona. However, Victoria Camper Holidays has arranged everything excellently. From the original booking (beautiful customization) to the cancellation and, recently, the unexpected refund of almost the entire deposit amount. Not a nice travel experience this year, but a great travel agency experience: nice, knowledgeable, and extremely correct. I would without a doubt re-book a future motorhome trip with Christina and her staff.

Recent contact gehad en hebben het geld van de voucher terug gekregen. Zodra de mogelijkheden zich voordoen en wij weer met vakantie kunnen zullen wij zeker de Canada reis wederom bij Victoria Camper Holidays boeken. Christina en Lisa, bedankt tot zover. Our holiday to Canada in 2019 was perfectly arranged by Victoria Camper Holidays, Christina and Lisa, but unfortunately Corona threw a spanner in the works and we received a voucher. Recently had contact and got the money back from the voucher. As soon as the possibilities arise and we can go on holiday again, we will certainly book the Canada trip again with Victoria Camper Holidays. Christina and Lisa, thank you so far.

Allereerst hadden zij de beste aanbieding voor een reis die bij andere bureaus duurder waren . Daarnaast hielden zij ons prima op de hoogte ten tijde van Corona en wat de gevolgen waren voor onze geboekte reis. Tot slot hebben zij zich keurig aan de afspraken gehouden qua terugbetaling. Mocht Canada ooit weer "open" gaan en ik wil op Camper reis dan gaat dat zeker via Victoria Camper Holidays. Dat hebben zij meer dan verdient en afgedwongen. First of all, they had the best offer for a trip that was more expensive at other agencies. Zowel bij de initiële boeking, als bij het doorzetten en annuleren altijd uitstekend geholpen. Bij een volgend reisplan zal ik daarom zeker Victoria Camper Holidays niet vergeten. Uitstekende service en vriendelijke deskundige medewerkers! Absoluut een aanrader. Last year due to the pandemic, I had to continue my Canada trip to 2021 in good consultation. Unfortunately, due to the travel restrictions, I had to cancel this year. Always excellent help with the initial booking, as well as with the continuation and cancellation. Wij vertrokken van Vancouver en hebben de Rv camper van Canadream via de noordelijke staten van Amerika naar Toronto gebracht. In totaal hebben we 6101Km gereden. ?Het was echt een belevenis die wij niet zullen vergeten. De kosten van de wegbreng camper actie is een kwart van de normale prijs van een 19 daags camper huur. Wij zullen in de toekomst weer graag gebruik maken van de service van Victoria Camper Holidays.? We have had a great holiday. Cristina has arranged a 19 day motor home delivery trip for us. We left from Vancouver and brought the RV camper from Canadream through the northern states of America to Toronto. In total we drove 6101Km. ? It was really an experience that we will not forget. The cost of bringing the camper action is a quarter of the normal price of a 19-day camper rental. We will be happy to use the service of Victoria Camper Holidays again in the future

Vorig jaar de reis zelf laten omboeken naar dit jaar, helaas kan deze reis ook niet doorgaan en stond de betaling snel teruggestort op onze rekening. Bij vragen zijn wij altijd goed en snel geholpen en wij zullen als we in de toekomst weer een camperreis willen maken dan ook zeker aan Victoria CamperHolidays denken. Bedankt voor alle moeite en wij wensen jullie veel succes in deze moeilijke reis tijd. Booked a camper trip two years ago to go to America in September 2020, so that was before the corona time. Had the trip rebooked last year to this year, unfortunately this trip can't go on either and the payment was quickly refunded to our account.
