Service, communicatie was bij m'n bestellingen zeer goed. Aangenaam dat bij het product (Dahua Dome camera) een begeleidend A4'tje zat met tips & tricks voor installatie. Dat neemt de druk al wat weg voor je begint te puzzelen. Mail communicatie is duidelijk & snel. Opvolgen van de bestelling gaat vlot en leveringstermijn is goed. Trouwens zeer tevreden van de Dahua dome. Vooral nachtzicht dankzij Starlight is een aanrader. Een NVR staat mogelijk ook nog op het verlanglijstje: wat simpels met 4 POE & HDMI. Mss kan VideoFrank me verduidelijken wat het verschil is tussen de NVR Dahua NVR2104-P-I 4CH WizSense en die zonder "P" ;) Good experiences with VideoFrank. After some googling I found what I was looking for. A clear website makes it easy. Service, communication was very good with my orders. It was nice that the product (Dahua Dome camera) came with an accompanying A4 sheet with tips & tricks for installation. That takes the pressure off a bit before you start puzzling. Mail communication is clear & fast. Follow up of the order goes smoothly and delivery time is good. By the way, very satisfied with the Dahua dome. Night vision thanks to Starlight is especially recommended. An NVR may also be on the wish list: something simple with 4 POE & HDMI. Mss VideoFrank can clarify me what the difference is between the NVR Dahua NVR2104-P-I 4CH WizSense and the one without "P" ;)
