De naam vietnamama is een verhaal op zich. Een verhaal over verbondenheid, heritage, liefde, familie en eten. Want op wat voor manier vier je het leven en de liefde beter dan door het lekkerste eten met elkaar te bereiden en te delen? We doen dat het liefst op locaties die sfeer, leven, samen-zijn en gezelligheid tot een kunst verheven. Vietnamama kookt daarom recht vanuit het hart én de recepten die uit Vietnam zijn meegekomen toen ze de oversteek naar Nederland maakten.

Traumatized to order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vietnamama which is located in Down Town Gourmet Market, Eindhoven Centrum, became our choice to prove that the menu they offer is authentic.
And our guess is correct, indeed the taste of the pho here is close to the pho in its home country.
The gravy is fresh, and the flavor of the broth is midway between light and heavy. The strength of Vietnamama pho is not only in its tender beef with the addition of meatballs, but also in its fresh bean sprouts and coriander, the typical taste of Vietnamese food. As an Asian, this piece of raw cayenne pepper doesn't hit us, next time we'll ask for more chili?.
Regarding the place, this food court is really cool. Provides a variety of restaurants from various countries with native cooks of each country. The right choice to hang out with family or coworkers and acquaintances.
