★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een vreselijke service. Ik zal hier nog een officiële klacht over indienen. Ben laaiend. Medewerkster riep dat als ik m’n mond niet hield, ik niet mee zou mogen en dreigde m’n minderjarige dochter met dat ze niet mee mag. Jongste dochter raakte daardoor volledig in paniek. Machtsmisbruik is dit ! Vreselijk dat er in plaats van excuses voor dat baggere werk wordt gegooid met dreigementen.
What a terrible service. I will be making another official complaint about this. Am blazing. The employee shouted that if I didn't keep my mouth shut, I wouldn't be allowed to come along and threatened my underage daughter that she wasn't allowed to come. As a result, the youngest daughter completely panicked. This is abuse of power! It is terrible that instead of excuses for that dredged work, threats are thrown.

My phone charger was stolen from my suitcase. They didn't even close the zipper from the pocket they got it.
Edit: on the way back into eindhoven Airport, part of my bought gifts were stolen. This is ridiculous. Never flying from this airport again.

One star is really too much appreciation for them!
