At the end of the workout you will feel awesome and terrible at the same time, and surprisingly you keep coming ha! I had zero experience in CrossFit but this box has good coaching and a encouraging vibe you won't get at Basic Fit or For for Free. I dare you to train here.

It's spacious and there's loads of space to sit/chill/talk/eat/drink/put your stuff. The owner remembers your name, asks the right questions to train you in the best/safest way possible and can joke around. I like that. I go every now and then, but I always leave with the feeling of wanting to go again,l. The trainings are professional, diverse & high quality. 10/10 would recommend.

Thanks to him my technique has greatly improved! And just as important never one training goes without its lot of laughter! It is a real pleasure to go to Eric's box and train there everyday!!

I love the work out of the days. I’ve seen so much improvement in my fitness and strength even in a short period of time. The instruction is very good and everyone gets a lot of help. Also the environment for a woman is super safe no weirdos never have any anxiety going there like I do with other gyms. And it’s overall a nice friendly atmosphere!
