Partnerverklaring
Koop je samen een woning, maar ben je niet getrouwd in gemeenschap van goederen? Dan kan een partnerverklaring ondertekend worden. Door het ondertekenen van een partnerverklaring wordt de uitkering van een verpande overlijdensrisicoverzekering (juridisch) eerst uitgekeerd aan de langstlevende partner. Pas daarna wordt deze uitkering gebruikt om de hypotheekschuld af te lossen bij de geldverstrekker. Zo kun je voorkomen dat de uitkering van de overlijdensrisicoverzekering deel zal uitmaken van de nalatenschap.
Een partnerverklaring heeft bepaalde juridische, fiscale én financiële gevolgen. Overleg daarom goed met je notaris of het in jullie situatie wenselijk is om een partnerverklaring te ondertekenen. Bij sommige geldverstrekkers wordt de partnerverklaring opgenomen in de hypotheekofferte.

Then we reached out to Arjen who did an incredible job. We are so grateful with all his help. Even though we called him thousand times with basic questions, every time he took the time to explain in detail and made sure it was clear for us.
Once our offer got accepted we had an appointment with him that was way above expectations. Super clear step by step where he showed us all the local norms, risks, their advice and every detail to take into account, especially for us as expats.

They were quick, straightforward, professional and clear with every documentation and communication. We got our mortgage approval within a week since we've completed the required documents.
