From the very first call and free telephone conversation through a consultation in English, managing the mortgage provider and everything in between.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy to have applied for my mortgage through Viisi. Getting a mortgage is difficult in itself, especially when you don't have a strong command of the language. I didn't know where to start, but the path became clear after my first telephone call with Jaap Zonjee from Viisi.
Among other qualities, Viisi brings structure, thoroughness and speed to the application process. I had access to a private portal through which I could read which documents were required, how I could obtain them and also upload them there. The documents were then checked by one of Viisi's staff for correctness. So I was ready way before my offer was accepted. During the mortgage application, Viisi established a clear and fast communication channel between me and the lender.
I had great success with working with Viisi. It helped me save a lot
of time.

Jaap Zoontje was my advisor when I decided to but a house and I must say that I was very satisfied with the service he provided. His answers were timely and professional, he was able to answer all my questions in a way that was easy to understand and he kept me updated on every step of the process. Really nice experience, very professional behavior.
You can do everything on line on their platform, they explain and advise all the details about your mortgage and costs around it.
They are also really fast with e-mail response, usually max 30 minutes after my e-mail I had a complete and detailed response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Viisi was really good. Jaap was super helpful and the online portal for storing documents was really easy to use. My husband is Dutch so we didn't need a translator for the documents and we were given a discount for this (which I thought was really honest of Jaap). I would definitely recommend as it was a very easy service and I think we've saved a lot of money in the long-term by using Viisi instead of finding a mortgage provider ourselves.
