My adviser Jochem was always quick to respond to questions, extremely helpful in his answers, and generally made me feel pretty confident about making such big decisions. I honestly don't know how I would have managed to navigate this process to a satisfactory conclusion without his support!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I was contacting the banks myself and knowing of a few option that banks gave to me. Accidentally came across with Viisi. Since I am working full time and always traveling, after compared with the advisor cost, I decided to have Viisi helping me for everything even while I am aboard. I was surprised about the service that Viisi provided, my advisor Stefan spent almost 2 hours to ask me about my options and future plans then explains to me all options he prepared fir me before the meeting very clearly in detail. He also provided me a very good package deal with life insurance which he showed me many offers from different companies. He followed my case closely until my mortgage was finally approved. He would called me personally when needed and answered all my questions. Especially as an expat, we have less options to choose from and there are always underlying terms on mortgage package. Stepan also explained very well to me and even search for more clarity for me when necessary. After I submitted and signed all papers, it took them less then a week to push through the bank and I got my official offer and approve within a week. I strongly advise Viisi for expat for their convenient, professionalism and speedy services. Overall I am very happy and appreciated for their services.

Starting from our first appointment and through the whole process of arranging the mortgage, they were very supportive and patient, answering all the questions and providing valuable advises concerning every single step of the mortgage application. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I recommend Viisi to anybody. Myrthe (our advisor) was very helpful and thoughtful. She is quick to respond to messages, explains the complexities of mortgages well and truly understood our situation.
The way Viisi works is very efficient. You simply upload the documents that they ask for to their online environment. They'll check if they are in order, and if so, send everything onwards to the mortgage providers. A no-nonsense approach. They'll also help you choose the best mortgage providers depending on your situation.
Overall, nothing but good things to say about Viisi. The only comment I have is that I dislike their marketing strategy. I couldn't care less they are a mortgage provider for 'the highly educated'. I only care that they know what they are doing, and are good at their job. And that they are!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can definitely recommend Viisi! They have a well-organized system, which is both efficient in its automation, yet personal in its contact. My advisor Hendrik was clear in his communication, kept on top of things all the way through, and always kept his promises.
As an entrepreneur, the mortgage application process is a bit involved, but with the clear and structured system that Viisi has in place, it is extremely simple to just upload the requested documents.
Even when my first request was denied by the bank, Hendrik and others at Viisi worked at top priority to get my second application accepted under a tight deadline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend Viisi. They really have their act together with efficient online tools and good personal contact were needed. Myrthe, our advisor, and her colleagues were really helpful, always open for questions, and constantly keeping an eye on the proceedings.
The intake meeting we had was really worthwhile and gave a lot of new insights even though we came well prepared. The followups were really clear and gave us a big sense of trust.
Very good quality for a very reasonable price.

Our advice meeting was very clear, with a clear document to support the decision making and help our understanding.
The process was fast and the responses were always quick, friendly and clear.
The online tool helped with uploading the documents and we were glad that much of the communication could take place in English as one of us does not speak Dutch
