A	A LLIANCE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zeer slechte service, na 20 jaar klant te zijn, een keer een verkeerd product ontvangen door zoekfunctie op hun site. En ze willen dit product niet omruilen!! very bad service, after being a customer for 20 years, once received a wrong product through search function on their site. And they don't want to exchange this product!!

School on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks herhaaldelijk + uitdrukkelijk te hebben gevraagd om GEEN publiciteit per post te krijgen (en uiteraard de checkbox, bij bestelling, uitgevinkt te zetten), blijf ik ongevraagd de catalogus krijgen. Dit is niet alleen ecologisch kortzichtig (natuurlijk is het in een plastiek filmpje + belandt het direct in de prullenbak), maar het is ook in directe overtreding met GDPR wetgeving. Despite having repeatedly + explicitly requested NOT to receive publicity by post (and of course unchecking the checkbox when ordering), I continue to receive the catalog unsolicited. This is not only ecologically short-sighted (of course it is in a plastic film + it ends up directly in the trash), but it is also in direct violation of GDPR legislation.
S	Sjaak Van Doorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie, lang moeten wachten op een levering die ‘aangekomen was’, maar toch ook weer niet. Geen coulance om klant te ontzorgen, uiteindelijk na ruim 3 weken product ontvangen. Bad communication, had to wait a long time for a delivery that "arrived", but then again it didn't. No leniency to unburden the customer, finally received the product after more than 3 weeks.
I	I Drive 4 You on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure oplichterij ivm "voorraad" ! 2 archiefkasten besteld omdat ze "op voorraad" waren. Besteld en direct betaald met Visa, volledig bedrag geblokkeerd op de Visa maar Viking had GEEN bestelling ontvangen ! 2de maal besteld en deze keer gekozen voor overschrijving achteraf. (Bedrag nog steeds geblokkeerd op de Visa kaart!) Bestelling goed ontvangen en de producten zouden opgestuurd worden. 1 of 2 dagen later een mail dat ze nog niet verzonden waren omdat ik een nieuwe klant was en het bedrag te hoog was, ik moest de 2de maal VOORAF betalen en dan zouden ze direct verzonden worden. Opnieuw betaald, enkele dagen later mail dat de betaling goed ontvangen was en dat de kasten op transport zouden gezet worden. Iets later een mail dat ze helaas NIET op voorraad waren, na diverse mails bleek het dat ze zelfs niet voor JUNI 2022 geleverd konden worden ! (In januari 2022 besteld !) Nu, 20/02/22 staan ze nog steeds op voorraad terwijl ze niet voor JUNI 22 kunnen geleverd worden ... Voor mij NOOIT meer ! (Ze zijn WEL correct geweest om het reeds betaalde bedrag binnen de 7d na de laatste mail terug te storten !) Pure "stock" scam! Ordered 2 filing cabinets because they were "in stock". Ordered and paid directly with Visa, full amount blocked on the Visa but Viking had NOT received an order! Ordered 2nd time and this time opted for bank transfer afterwards. (Amount still blocked on the Visa card!) Order received well and the products would be sent. 1 or 2 days later an email that they had not been sent yet because I was a new customer and the amount was too high, I had to pay the 2nd time IN ADVANCE and then they would be sent immediately. Paid again, a few days later an email that the payment had been received and that the cabinets would be put on transport. A little later an email that unfortunately they were NOT in stock, after several emails it turned out that they could not even be delivered before JUNE 2022! (Ordered in January 2022!) Now, 20/02/22 they are still in stock while they can't be delivered before JUNE 22... NEVER again for me! (They HAVE been correct to refund the amount already paid within 7d after the last email!)

R	Robert Storm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a mess. They don't reply to emails and won't reimburse. I've been dealing with an order from back in november 2021. It's end of januari now!! It is my full right to get my money back, but with the time invested in solving this, It's not worth it. Out of principle I keep chasing them, but it's a real shame if you operate a business this way. I'd advice to not order any supplies here. You might get ripped off. In the best case it just costs you a lot of time...
