We welcome you to a luxurious, fully furnished villa with full privacy as a south-facing garden.
Villa Leeuwerik is suitable for 4-12 guests, where children are more than welcome! From the veranda, you have a perfect view of the playground.
Likely suitable for a family reunion with a magnificent fireplace with safety glass.

The cleaning fee is 100,- EUR p/stay and is paid at arrival cash or by bank transfer.
Tourist Tax is 3 EUR p/p p/night and is paid at arrival cash or by bank transfer.

The veranda offers a cozy shelter during any weather, fully surrounded by forest where privacy and freedom are the main aspects.
Since the layout of the Villa, it offers broad possibilities for team building and business trips of any kind.
Guests have access to the entire villa with the exception of a locked storage room used by the host.
We are Ronald en Irene and will be personally on-premises to give you a warm welcome!
Zeewolde is the youngest village in the province of Flevoland (1984), the Zuiderzee had it completely covered till our Engineers moved the whole see.. amazing right? There are plenty of sights for the busy bees as enough nature to enjoy the silence.
About 3 parking spaces, depends if you come with Hummers..
If you're taking the bus, stop on "Trekkersveld" and walk for about ~25 min in our direction. The bus can be taken from "Almere Stad" or "Hardewijk".
TIP: Use the app "9292" on Google Play or App Store for all public transport possibilities.
Our Villa strictly does not allow youth groups, host can refuse the stay at any given moment if doubts arise.

Wij hadden een familieweekend geboekt, schriftelijk bevestigd en al, maar werden zondermeer aan de kant geschoven toen mevrouw het in dezelfde periode voor een week kon verhuren. Een afspraak is bij deze verhuurder nooit zeker een afspraak. Zeer teleurgesteld! Aanvulling op de reactie van verhuurder: U geeft aan dat op het moment dat u de bevestiging wilde sturen er toch een volgende boeking was. Dit is helaas niet waar, ik had uw bevestiging al met de gevraagde vertrektijd ontvangen en ondertekend middels een code retour gestuurd.Er stonden geen ontbindende voorwaarden bij. Wij hadden dus een overeenkomst. Wat jammer dat u de feiten verdraait, ik wil best een foto van de overeenkomst bijvoegen hoor! Helaas hebben wij niet via een organisatie geboekt en hebben nu geen poot om op te staan. Het aangeboden alternatief was 9 ! maanden later en sloeg derhalve nergens op. Nee mevrouw van Leeuwen, u wilt niet het vervelende gevoel bij ons wegnemen, u wilt uzelf voor andere klanten vrij praten. Be careful with this landlord. Sounds very nice on the phone, but it certainly isn't. We had booked a family weekend, confirmed in writing and all, but were simply pushed aside when Ms was able to rent it out for a week during the same period. An appointment with this landlord is never definitely an appointment. Very Disappointed! Addition to the lessor's response: You indicate that when you wanted to send the confirmation, there was a subsequent booking. Unfortunately, this is not true, I had already received your confirmation with the requested departure time and returned it signed by means of a code. There were no resolutive conditions. So we had an agreement. What a pity you are twisting the facts, I would like to attach a photo of the agreement! Unfortunately we have not booked through an organization and now do not have a leg to stand on. The alternative offered was 9! months later and therefore made no sense. No, Ms van Leeuwen, you do not want to take away the unpleasant feeling from us, you want to talk yourself freely in front of other customers.
D	Doreen84 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontzettend fijne en nette accommodatie. De bedden slapen fijn, er is een fijne haard in het midden van de woonkamer dus erg gezellig en warm. Veel slaapplekken. Op het vakantiepark is ook nog een mooie tennisbaan en een veldje voor o.a. jeu de boule of kubb. Onze hele vriendengroep heeft er genoten! Very nice and neat accommodation. The beds sleep well, there is a nice fireplace in the middle of the living room so very cozy and warm. Lots of sleeping places. The holiday park also has a beautiful tennis court and a field for, among other things, jeu de boule or kubb. Our whole group of friends enjoyed it!
A	Aafke Storm -aafkefloor- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel fijn ruim vakantiehuis met een prettig beschutte tuin. Verhuurders zijn goed bereikbaar voor overleg. Het zwembad op het park is simpel maar doeltreffend en zeker niet druk, heerlijk afkoelen! In het huis is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Het is mooi ingedeeld met ruime kamers en een prachtige badkamer. Buiten kan je aan de lange tafel zitten onder een afdak, of elders in de tuin op één van de verschillende terrasjes/zitjes. Voor de kinderen is in de afgesloten tuin genoeg te spelen! We hebben er genoten en houden dit zeker in het hoofd voor een eventuele volgende keer. Very nice spacious holiday home with a pleasant sheltered garden. Landlords are easily accessible for consultation. The swimming pool at the park is simple but effective and certainly not crowded, cool off! The house has everything you need. It is nicely laid out with spacious rooms and a beautiful bathroom. Outside you can sit at the long table under a canopy, or elsewhere in the garden on one of the various terraces / seats. There is plenty to play for the children in the enclosed garden! We enjoyed it and will certainly keep this in mind for a possible next time.

Hele fijne sfeer en van alles te doen binnen (netflix op megascherm) in de tuin (veranda en pizzaoven), op het park (tennis, helaas was het zwembad nog niet open) en in de directe omgeving (kanovaren, zwemmen, wandelen en fietsen). Beetje jammer dat we de laatste twee nachten last hadden van de muziek van de overburen. Beautiful holiday home with everything on and on. Very nice atmosphere and lots to do inside (netflix on mega screen) in the garden (veranda and pizza oven), in the park (tennis, unfortunately the pool was not open yet) and in the immediate vicinity (canoeing, swimming, walking and cycling ). A bit of a pity that the last two nights we had problems with the music of the neighbors.
V	Viktor Klassen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben mit acht Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern unser Silvester 2018/19 im Ferienhaus gefeiert. Das Haus ist geräumig und schön, leider etwas verlebt. Die Couch sollte einen neuen Bezug spendiert bekommen und der Handlauf der Treppe klebte stark. Die Nebenkosten hielten sich in Grenzen und die Anlage ist schön ruhig. Die Besitzer der Hauses sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. We celebrated our 2018/19 New Year's Eve in the holiday home with eight adults and five children. The house is spacious and beautiful, unfortunately a bit tired. The couch should get a new cover and the handrail of the stairs was very sticky. The additional costs were kept within limits and the area is nice and quiet. The owners of the house are very nice and helpful.
